Greed Burger and mozza chicken bites at Bas Burger Jamwon, Seocho

Whenever I think of handmade burgers, the first brand that comes to mind is Bas Burger! Haha, I like it so much that I used to visit really often lol.

What's the layout of Bas Burger Jamwon Branch like?

This time I wanted to enjoy a handmade burger in a different vibe, so I headed to Bas Burger Jamwon Branch! Once I arrived, I noticed the store layout was really unique and distinctive.

You order comfortably at the kiosk set up near the entrance, get your food, and then move right next door to a dedicated seating area to eat lol.

The whole store felt wide open and airy, giving off an exotic vibe like being on a terrace on some foreign street — my mood lifted the moment I walked in!

Unlimited raw-cut potato chip self-bar

And when it comes to Bas Burger, you absolutely can't skip the best perk of all — this self-bar, right? Haha.

Bas Burger gives out crispy raw-cut potato chips for free, unlimited — and these chips are honestly way nuttier and tastier than most store-bought snacks, so I kept going back for more lol lol. (Bas Burger's chips are seriously, truly the best lol lol.)

On top of that, you can grab as much ketchup and mayonnaise as you want without any awkwardness! I was already happily dunking chips into sauce before the burger even arrived, haha.

Ordering the Greed Burger, Mozza Chicken Bite, and Bas Lager

On past visits I mostly ordered the signature 'The Bas Burger' and the sweet 'Hawaiian Burger,' but this time I wanted to try something new I hadn't had before! So I decided, as a challenge, to order the 'Greed Burger,' whose name alone hints at how loaded it is lol.

And you can't have a burger without a cold beer, right? I ordered the 'Bas Lager,' which pairs perfectly with burgers, and also added the 'Mozza Chicken Bite' as a side that I'd been curious about, haha.

Once everything came out and filled the tray, the portion size for one meal was seriously huge lol. Even though I usually eat a lot, I was impressed by the sheer amount at first glance, haha.

How does the Greed Burger taste?

The first thing I was dying to try was the Greed Burger, and I took a huge bite... wow, I immediately understood why it's called that lol. The thick, juicy patty was generously loaded with fried egg, bacon, cheese, and more, filling my whole mouth with rich, savory flavor! The other menu items I'd had before were great too, but the Greed Burger was so good that once you taste it, you truly can't stop!!

Side dish: Mozza Chicken Bite

And the Mozza Chicken Bite I ordered as a side was also totally my type, lol.

I bit into it while it was still hot, and the mozzarella cheese stretched endlessly inside — so satisfying! Under the crispy chicken coating, there was plenty of savory, salty cheese, and the texture and taste were both great!

Take a sip of the cool, refreshing Bas Lager on top of that, and stress just melts away lol lol. The combo of handmade burgers and Bas Lager is truly the best combo — need I say more? Lol lol.

After happily working through the burger and chicken bites, I finished off with the savory chips, dipping them alternately in mayo and ketchup — I was happy all the way to the very last bite, lol.

Bas Burger's quality and taste are on a level that ordinary franchise burger places just can't compete with, haha. I don't know how it manages to be this delicious every single time without ever getting old, lol.
