Magok taco restaurant with chicken tacos: Taqueros Magok Main Branch

I was looking for somewhere to have tacos around Magok and ended up visiting here, and everything from the atmosphere to the food was much better than I expected! It would be great for a date, but it also looked like a nice spot for wedding-invitation gatherings or company lunch get-togethers, so I really wanted to recommend it :)

The atmosphere at Taqueros Magok Main Branch near Magok Station

It is near Magok Station, so it was easy to find! There is parking in the building too, which made visiting by car hassle-free, haha.

The atmosphere was so nice as soon as I walked in. The lighting and interior felt stylish, with a strong Mexican feel, so I was already in a good mood before the food even arrived!! It would be lovely for a date, and there were tables for larger groups too, so I think it would work well for wedding-invitation gatherings or company lunch get-togethers!

A wide range of dishes, from tacos to fajitas

There were so many menu options! From tacos and fajitas to pork ribs and lots of side dishes, it took some time to decide what to get, haha. There were many kinds of tacos, along with dishes that looked suitable for kids, so it seemed like a good place for families too!

First, nacho chips came as a complimentary starter! The warm, thick cheese dip served with them was seriously delicious, haha. It seems like a small thing, but I kept reaching for it... And I loved that the nachos could be refilled too!

What comes with the Signature Couple Set fajitas

Taqueros' Signature Couple Set is ₩56,000. We ordered the Signature Couple Set! You choose either fajitas or pork ribs, and it comes with two tacos.

We chose the fajitas, and our tacos were a chicken taco and a fish taco! It was just the right amount for two people, haha. The fajitas came with different meats including chicken, shrimp, and pulled pork, along with sautéed vegetables! You put whichever meat and vegetables you want into a tortilla, and it was fun trying all kinds of combinations because there were so many ingredients.

There were so many sauces too! You can add cheese, salsa, ranch, guacamole, and jalapeños however you like.

Even with the same meat, the flavor changed depending on the sauce, so I kept making different combinations, haha. The meat alone might have felt a little rich, but it came with sautéed vegetables too, and wrapping up meat, vegetables, and sauce together was really delicious!!

There was rice underneath the fajitas too! It went well with the meat, and having some rice in between tortilla wraps was more filling than I expected, haha.

The generously filled chicken taco and fish taco

Fish taco & chicken taco. I was a little surprised because the tacos were bigger than I expected when they first came out! They were very generously filled and packed with toppings too.

You can see how generously filled they are even in the photos, right... haha. And I personally thought the chicken taco was absolutely delicious!! The sauce-and-topping combination was great, but above all, the chicken itself was so tasty. It was one of the more satisfying tacos I have had recently!

Personally, I really hope you try at least one taco if you visit, haha.

Events running at the time of my visit

They had various events running when I visited too! There was an event giving out buffalo wings for Naver reservations, as well as cheesecake for wedding-invitation gatherings or birthday visits. They said you could also join a prize draw with a purchase of ₩60,000 or more, so do check what events are running when you visit, haha.

If you are looking for a taco spot with a great atmosphere in Magok

The atmosphere alone made it a really nice place for a date, and I was satisfied because everything from the fajitas to the tacos was generously filled with ingredients.
