Centum hair salon Eco Revi Hair & Spa Centum branch | starting my review of getting magic straightening done, happy all the way to my hair texture ✨ ⋆˚✿˖° ⋆✿ My hair had been getting so frizzy and unmanageable lately that even using a flat iron every morning was starting to feel like too much of a chore. Especially in summer!!! On humid or rainy days my hair would puff right up, so I finally made up my mind to get a magic straightening treatment!

This time I went to Eco Revi Hair & Spa Centum branch. To cut to the chase... I was so happy after the straightening. 🤍 It wasn't just hair pressed flat — I got the volume I wanted on top, a chic, Jang Wonyoung-style feel around the forehead, and calm, settled texture overall. For the first time after magic straightening, I didn't end up looking like a disaster — I actually love looking at my hair these days. Now I feel like I want to make this my regular salon!

The interior was spacious and comfortable. Since it's in a hotel in Haeundae, I noticed a lot of foreign tourists coming in too, word must be getting around. There's an MVG room so you can get your hair done privately, and the shampoo area is completely enclosed, so I could relax comfortably while washing my hair and during the treatment — basically got some healing done too!

I arrived a bit early, waited about 10 minutes in the waiting area, and then went straight into the consultation room.

Magic straightening and cuts aren't things I'd trust to just any salon, so I read a lot of reviews beforehand — if it's pressed too hard the hair can look flat and stuck-down, but if it's not done properly it goes frizzy again fast, so I tend to prefer places that do a thorough consultation. This time too, before the treatment we talked through the style I wanted, my current hair condition, and what kind of feel would work best for the straightening.

What I wanted was

They also gave me a sandwich during the treatment, and surprisingly it was so good I ate the whole thing! Thanks to that, the two and a half hours of straightening didn't feel boring at all!

😮 My hair before the treatment 😮 Before the straightening, my hair was thick overall and puffed up, giving a strong floating, messy feeling ㅠㅠㅠㅠ It was such a mess!!!! Especially the ends weren't neatly settled, so I had to fix it up every morning. Even after washing and drying, my hair never came out the way I wanted, which was low-key stressful... 🥲

And since she kept confirming the style I wanted, my trust in her built up as the treatment went on, and I ended up feeling like I could really leave it in her hands.

Top-tier service 💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️ Even the shampoo seat was a massage chair, and since sitting for a long treatment can get boring or stiff, they loosened up my neck and shoulders with aroma treatment on the massage chair too, so I ended up doing some serious healing as well..!!!

The straightening is done — what's the result?

🤍 Straightening complete! Looking in the mirror, the first thing I thought was, "Oh... this is exactly the feel I wanted!" 🥹 My hair overall settled down calmly and the frizziness noticeably decreased. And yet it didn't feel too flat and pressed down — the overall silhouette fell naturally, which I loved. Running my hand through my hair, the texture felt clearly different, which was satisfying.

Now even just blow-drying it finishes so much more neatly! The stress I used to have over my hair every morning has gone down a lot, and that's honestly what I'm happiest about. 🤍
