Pocheon group dining for 10 with blue crab risotto: Eoneu Dal

Today's post is a review of Eoneu Dal, a great restaurant in Pocheon~

It's a place I really love visiting normally~ The food is good, the vibe is great, and parking is easy too — honestly might be the best restaurant in Pocheon. I recommend it to anyone looking for a date spot or a place for a group gathering!

Parking at Eoneu Dal: lots both in front and behind

There's a parking lot in front of the restaurant and another one behind it, so even during peak hours with lots of cars coming in, you don't have to worry about finding a spot.

How big is the group table? 10 or more at one table

Parking is great, and there's also a group table, so it's good for gatherings with a lot of people. The group table could seat 10 or more people at once. The restroom is clean too, so it's easy to use.

It's also good for wedding-invitation gatherings or company dinners, haha — speaking from experience. There are baby chairs available too!

Eoneu Dal's atmosphere, CatchTable booking and QR ordering

It's hard to find a restaurant with this kind of vibe in Pocheon. The music is great, the atmosphere is really nice, so it's perfect for a date course! I've never seen anyone who didn't like this place, no matter who I bring.

There are private seats too, which I really love. I've sat here a few times, and today I got lucky and got this spot again. It's not quite big enough for the 10+ group table, but it looks large enough for at least 5 people.

Ordering is done comfortably from your seat via QR code. Reservations go through CatchTable, so you can always visit without stress. It's a popular place with frequent waits, so I'd recommend reserving through CatchTable before you go!

The Eoneu Dal menu and the three dishes ordered this time

There's a wide variety on the menu — from steak to pasta, salad, risotto and more, covering every taste if you're into Western food. I've visited many times and I think I've tried almost everything on the menu, and honestly it's all delicious, so you really can just pick based on preference! My personal favorite is the vongole.

Today we ordered vongole, gnocchi, and the new menu item, blue crab risotto.

Even the water at Eoneu Dal is different

Eoneu Dal stands out even before the food arrives, starting with the water. It's not plain water — it seems to have lime, lemon and herbs in it. It tastes good on its own, and it's refreshing to cleanse your palate between bites.

Warm salt bread as the starter

And for the pre-meal bread, they give you warm salt bread! It's not just a token gesture — it's genuinely delicious. Being warm, it's even better than the salt bread at most bakeries.

Top pick: vongole packed with clams

First up is my favorite, vongole! Just look at how many clams are in it visually. I already love vongole in general, but this one is even better than what I've had in Seoul. It's the kind of dish where I always want to lick the plate clean.

Once you've shelled all the clams, it looks like this. You don't need to shell them all at the start — it's easier and nicer to eat one at a time as you go. There's a slight spiciness too, so it's not greasy, and it's very addictive. Highly recommend!

New blue crab risotto that tasted like paella

This was my first time trying this dish, and right away there's a huge amount of crab piled on top. I was genuinely surprised after tasting it — maybe because of all the seafood, it tasted really similar to the paella I had in Spain!

It was such a fascinating experience. It was so delicious, and I loved that I could taste something like this in Korea. If you love paella or are curious about that flavor, I recommend trying this!

Gnocchi is better eaten out than made at home

Gnocchi is something I really love. I love it so much I even tried making it at home once, but the process was so difficult and it turned out a total failure... Gnocchi is just better bought, haha.

Scooping it up together with the cream and meat, it's really soft and delicious. It's the kind of flavor both adults and kids would love.

Is Eoneu Dal in Pocheon worth it?

Eoneu Dal is a great restaurant in Pocheon where you can always get a clean, pleasant atmosphere and delicious food, whenever you visit! Today too, I ate really well and got so full. It's just so delicious, I could cry.

Without hesitation, I recommend it to anyone looking for a date, a drive-course stop, a family meal out, or a group gathering spot!
