Oh... the building itself is so upscale, I'm already excited..! There's even a sofa and lounge for building visitors, and it looked like a nice spot to wait for your friend.

Pyu, on the 1st floor! At 70 pyeong it's a very spacious place, and the moment you walk in the interior is straight-up love at first sight°°° The beige tones give off a calm, upscale feeling! Chatting sweetly here, I feel like you'd focus even more on what the other person is saying.

There are especially seats with this kind of natural space separation, so you can eat even more comfortably 🤍

And this tree here was such a great interior point haha It gives off a nature-friendly feel, and somehow it also feels like healing in a lush green place 🌱

Sedici Brut Spumante, 29,000 won: a dry sparkling wine

The wine we ordered was a dry sparkling wine called Sedici Brut Spumante — barely any sweetness, with acidity. I was craving a clean, not-too-sweet wine so I ordered it, and it paired so well with what I'd ordered that it turned out to be a great choice 🍾🤍

It was super refreshing to drink and paired perfectly with the seafood dishes 🍷

Charcoal octopus with romesco 34,000 won and garden tomato risotto 25,000 won

Our order has arrived! From the plating alone, it's the kind of visual that makes you want to post it on Instagram 🍾

This octopus dish I was so curious about! A friend of mine came here before and raved about it, so I'd been dying to try it. The octopus is grilled over charcoal, so it's got that chewy, moist texture soaked in charcoal aroma...

The sauce was appealing and the herbs on top went so well with it.. I scraped the plate clean 😭

And the second dish, the garden tomato risotto! A tomato risotto topped with all kinds of vegetables and cheese!

The texture was totally my type... I love risotto with a bit of bite to it, and this was exactly that style. It went really well with the octopus we ordered too ❤️

Pyu Euljiro was a space where you could truly relax in such a comfortable atmosphere! Thanks to the calm, warm beige-toned space, it felt less like just a Western meal and more like a moment of healing°°°🤍 The signature menu items, garden tomato risotto and charcoal octopus with romesco, were both really satisfying.
