Munjeong Station solo dining poke with chili garlic mayo: Olla Poke
In short
Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is a poke and salad restaurant in the basement of Terra Tower A in Songpa, Seoul, a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Munjeong Station. Olla Poke has dedicated solo seats, and the visit covered a garlic shrimp poke (11,500 won) and a chicken breast poke (11,000 won), both built on a 5:5 salad and brown rice base with the recommended chili garlic mayo and sriracha mayo. The finely chopped chicken breast was not dry and the pineapple in the garlic shrimp bowl worked well, making Olla Poke a solo-lunch spot worth returning to near Munjeong Station.

I was craving poke so badly out of nowhere, and while looking around I found out there's an Olla Poke right by Munjeong Station. So I rushed right over. Here's my recommendation for a salad restaurant near Munjeong Station: Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch.

Where is Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch, and where do you park?
Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch is a salad spot located in the basement level of Terra Tower in Songpa-gu. It's about a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Munjeong Station.
- Address: G185, B1F, Terra Tower A, 167 Songpa-daero, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea
- Hours: Daily 10:30–20:00 (break time 15:00–17:00)
- Last order: 19:40
- 🅿️ Parking available
If you're driving, they say if you mention it when you pay after parking at Terra Tower, you get 2 hours of parking support. Parking in Building A's lot and coming up from there is closest to the restaurant, so I'd recommend that.

Right in front of the restaurant there was a sign showing cumulative sales — 127,750 bowls... that's seriously a huge number. Guess there's a reason it's famous as a go-to spot near Munjeong Station haha.

Solo seats at Olla Poke, plus takeout and delivery
Olla Poke near Munjeong Station offers takeout and delivery, of course, but also has plenty of room to eat in. Besides 2-person and 4-person tables, there are dedicated solo seats too, so you can comfortably eat alone. Perfect for solo dining near Munjeong Station!!

Choosing a poke base at Olla Poke and reading the calorie chart
The signature menu is of course poke!! The default base is salad and brown rice, and you can choose the ratio. I usually order it 5:5 salad to brown rice, but people who don't like rice or are dieting hard often go all-salad. You can also swap the oat brown rice for buckwheat noodles..!!

There's also a detailed calorie chart, which is great for people watching their diet!! Since poke is usually customized, you often don't know exactly how many calories you're eating. But here, every option has its calories listed, so you can calculate it precisely.

Which sauce goes with which poke bowl?
You can also pick your sauce however you like, and for those of us with decision paralysis like me, there are recommended sauces for each poke haha. I chose chili garlic mayo for the garlic shrimp poke and sriracha mayo for the chicken breast poke.

At the self-serve bar there's lemon water, tea, extra sauce, and utensils, so use whatever you need. The self-serve bar is nice and tidy too.

There are also ordering instructions posted for first-timers at Olla Poke. Since I've already visited many times, I didn't read it, but if it's your first time, it might help to give it a look before ordering.

Garlic shrimp poke and chicken breast poke: prices and first taste
So the menu I picked was garlic shrimp poke and chicken breast poke!!
- Garlic shrimp poke: ₩11,500
- Chicken breast poke: ₩11,000

For both poke bowls I chose the 5:5 salad-to-brown rice option and skipped extra toppings. But seriously, look how full they are... you can really eat until you're stuffed. When I'm dieting I take it to go and split it across two meals, haha.

Garlic shrimp poke: why the pineapple works
This was my first time ordering the garlic shrimp poke at Olla Poke near Munjeong Station, and the other toppings were generous too, plus there was a lot of shrimp on top, so it was really tasty. In particular, pineapple comes on top, and it went together so well that I was very satisfied*_* I'm someone who doesn't even eat Hawaiian pizza, but this was actually delicious haha.

Chicken breast poke: chopped fine and not dry
Chicken breast poke is the most basic option. If it's done wrong, the chicken breast can be so dry it's hard to eat, but here they cut the chicken breast really finely so you can eat it smoothly!! So it's become one of my favorite menu items.

For both, I asked for the recommended sauces — sriracha mayo and chili garlic mayo. Both were delicious, but personally I liked the chili garlic mayo a bit more.

The packaging is really neat too. They even include a utensil set, so it's convenient to eat. Olla Poke, a salad restaurant near Munjeong Station, is a great poke spot for solo dining. If you're looking for salad or poke near Munjeong Station, I recommend Olla Poke Munjeong Main Branch.
