Board game bar in Songpa, Seoul with unlimited cocktails: B-LAB Bangi

I love cocktails way too much, and I just found a place that is exactly my taste..!! Cocktail bars are usually so expensive that I rarely go, and just make them at home instead — but here it's unlimited cocktails AND unlimited time 👀👀👀 Plus there are board games!!!! (very important) And you can order delivery for snacks, or just bring stuff from the convenience store. An absolutely insane value cocktail bar.

Isn't this crazy? All this for just ₩18,000, ₩19,800 by card ㄷㄷ A single cocktail is usually ten-thousand-something won, so I'm genuinely curious how they make any money.. I went in suspecting the cocktails might taste bad, but came out completely satisfied — here's the review.

What's the vibe inside?

The place is... quite red (?) Lots of 2-seat tables, plus sofa seating for groups, which is great, and the very friendly owner greeted us warmly.

The menu! There's a huge variety of cocktails.

If you love cocktails, you'll recognize plenty of these, plus B-LAB's own signature cocktails!! I want to try them all🤤 And for snacks, delivery food is fine! (They even clean it up for you... 🥹👍)

Popcorn as a snack

Not part of the standard setup, but I ordered popcorn as a snack !! You can get it free if you turn on Naver notifications!! It's the microwave kind, but it goes so well with cocktails.. I kept eating it and it disappeared.

How to order, and how the cocktails taste

You order via the QR code on the table, and you can adjust sweetness/alcohol level, etc!! So great — after ordering by QR, you get a KakaoTalk notification and pick it up at the bar!!

Honestly, given the price, I didn't expect much from the cocktails, but they were so good !! Turns out the owner is apparently ranked No.1 in a bartender ranking.

But is it really okay to drink this cheap..

What I drank: Okbodan, Donghae, B-LAB Peach, Mango Milk flavor.. all delicious, but

• If you like sweet things: I recommend the B-LAB Milk Series (milky feel)
• If you like something refreshing: B-LAB Peach, Cassis Frappé, etc.
• If you want something strong: Godfather

The glasses aren't huge so one drink isn't a huge amount, but honestly that's a plus⭐️ Try it, and if you like it, just order more.

Drinking and playing board games

What I really loved was that they have board games.

Rummikub, Splendor, Skewer Master, Uno, Da Vinci Code, Bang, 5 Seconds, Chair Tower, Halli Galli, and more — there were way more options than I expected!

We played Yacht Dice while drinking, so much fun😖 I used to want to go to a board game café for round two, but there aren't many board game cafés that sell alcohol so I never could — but now I've decided, if I want to play board games, I'm just coming here. Unlimited cocktails, no time limit, plus tons of board games — this place is way better value.

And finally, hwaju (flaming liquor) !! Liquor that's literally on fire, ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ the owner lights it for you and you have to suck it down through a straw right away — so wild.

A must for anyone who loves cocktails

I'd already had a round one after work so I couldn't drink as much as I wanted, which was a bit of a shame. Next time I'm going straight from evening, ordering some yeopttteok (spicy stir-fried rice cakes), and drinking 10 cocktails — going to make the owner regret it haha.
