There were two of us, but somehow we accidentally booked three servings of the menu, ugh...;; two people, three servings of food..;; We only realized it when we paid, haha. How were the kalguksu noodles and the fried rice finish?

As you'd expect from Korean beef bone broth, the soup was seriously delicious, ugh. So when you boil the kalguksu noodles in it, the broth soaks in really well and the noodles turn out so chewy.

My kid ate the kalguksu so happily, haha — pure chewiness, haha.

And you have to finish with the fried rice, right?! Made with the richly reduced broth, haha. Egg is a must~ Even the self-made fried rice is part of the full course at Italy Shabu Kalguksu Sejong Eojin Branch, haha.
