The terrace seats at Bass Burger Sinyongsan are inside the store, and the AC is blasting. We settled into the good-vibe inner terrace seating! You'd normally worry a terrace spot might be hot, right? But here the AC is fully cranked, so the second we walked in it was fresh and cool 👍

Plus, we got to watch a cute street cat stroll by the window haha, an even smaller kitten was wandering around too haha

Golden, well-fried fries and onion rings~ crispy outside, soft inside — dipped generously in the pollock roe mayo sauce and Bass Burger sauce, it's savory and crunchy!!
Wasabi mayo shrimp burger: whole shrimp in every bite

The whole shrimp meat inside is plump and bursting, and the sharp wasabi mayo sauce wraps it all up so you can polish it off without ever getting sick of it! There's also onion ring inside for extra savoriness.

The crunch chicken burger was also great — crispy batter, juicy meat inside! The sauce seemed like sriracha, or sriracha mayo? It went really well, with a bit of spicy kick!!

Matcha beer isn't normally part of the tasting lineup, but thankfully the owner let us try it just this once! Tasting it, there was a subtly bitter matcha aroma drifting through — so interesting! I'm personally an alcohol hater so I didn't drink much beer, but my beer-loving companion Gaedoli was thrilled and drank it right up haha

Delicious burgers, unlimited chips, craft beer pairings, and a cool blasting-AC terrace — everything about this night was perfect. If you're a burger fanatic, I'll strongly recommend checking off this Sinyongsan Station favorite, Bass Burger, without a doubt!! Honestly, the only minor downside is... the free chips before the burgers arrive are so good there's a real risk of filling up on them alone?! hahaha That's how insanely crispy they are, so you have to go!
