Came home and plated everything for a shot~ I loved that I could meet all my favorite items at once, from the nutty financiers to the sweet egg tart:)

The financiers have that distinctive buttery aroma and nutty flavor going for them, and the madeleines were soft and moist, easy to eat without feeling heavy. The blue cheese madeleine in particular had a truly compelling sweet-salty combo~ The Earl Grey financier was totally chewy and clean-tasting too... Overall, every item had that crisp-outside, chewy-inside texture, and the not-too-sweet nutty-sweet feeling made me so happy... T_T

And you can't leave out the egg tart when it comes to dessert! I warmed mine slightly in the air fryer at home, and the pastry shattered so crisply — I really, really recommend it!!! The crisp outer texture paired so well with the soft, sweet filling inside that I was happy the whole time I was eating~ You really have to buy them in boxes of 4~
