Looking for a Nowon Italian restaurant, a good-value pasta place near Nowon Station, I heard about a spot with decent bang for your buck, so I went to Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch!

These days when you go out for pasta, one dish easily runs into the high teens of thousand won, which can feel like a bit much. Here, though, the menu ranges from pasta to pilaf, pizza, and steak, and the prices overall aren't intimidating, so it was a Nowon Italian restaurant that felt comfortable to just drop into.

Where is Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch?
Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch is located on the 1st floor of the Daegwang Building, 19 Sangye-ro 5-gil, Nowon-gu, Seoul. It's also fairly close to Nowon Station, so it was convenient to get to by public transit.

What is the restaurant like inside?
Walking into Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch, instead of feeling overly formal, it had a slightly colorful, casual vibe! The clean, relaxed atmosphere made it a nice place for a date or a meal with friends.

It seemed fine for a date, easygoing enough for a meal with friends, and not at all intimidating for coming to eat pasta alone either.

Menu lineup and prices at Pasta Han Kki
The menu was really varied. Beyond tomato, rosé, cream, and oil pastas, there's hangover pasta, risotto, pilaf, salad, pizza, and even steak, so it looked like a good spot for a group to each order according to their own taste.

Since I was here for the Nowon Station pasta scene, of course I started by picking a pasta. There were so many options — shrimp rosé pasta, Sanggye-dong tuumba pasta, carbonara, shrimp aglio olio — that I spent a while deciding. Since a good number of the pasta dishes are around ₩10,000, given how pricey eating out has gotten lately, the value felt pretty solid. Best of all, the price meant I didn't feel much pressure about having to pick just one dish!

If you want to enjoy pasta in a nice atmosphere without spending too much, or if you're looking for a Nowon Station restaurant where you can also order pizza, pilaf, and steak, this place seems worth a visit.

Rather than just having one pasta and calling it a day, it was nice to come with two people and mix in pilaf or pizza alongside pasta to split several dishes. So it seems like a good fit for people who care about both price and menu variety, like students on a date or friends grabbing a meal.

Pre-meal bread came out, so it was nice to have something to nibble on while waiting, haha.

How was the shrimp rosé pasta?
Shrimp rosé pasta

The shrimp rosé pasta had noodles cooked just right, and the sauce was generous enough to keep it moist all the way to the last bite. Mixing the rosé sauce properly into the noodles for that first bite, I thought — I'm glad I came for pasta after all. Pasta can get dry as you eat if the sauce runs short, but here it stayed enjoyable with sauce right to the end, and the portion was substantial enough for a full meal. If you're looking for a Nowon Station pasta restaurant, the wide variety of menu items here makes it easy to pick according to your taste.

Sharing the risotto alongside the pasta
Risotto
And personally, something I enjoyed just as much as the pasta was the risotto. The texture was thick yet soft, so I kept going back for more, and the sauce was well blended between the grains of rice, making it more filling than I expected. Taking a bite of pasta, then a bite of risotto, switching back and forth, the combination worked really well together.

Which dishes to try on the next visit
Rather than just the basic menu, there are also some more unusual options like seafood hangover tomato pasta and seafood hangover cream pasta, so next time I'd like to try some of those other dishes too. Overall, this was a Nowon Italian restaurant, Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch, that I enjoyed for its non-intimidating prices and wide menu selection!
If you're looking for a place near Nowon Station for a date or a meal with friends, this was a Nowon Station restaurant worth visiting. If you want both pasta and risotto, order one of each and share them together :) With plenty of menu options and an easy way to enjoy Italian food without much pressure, this is a place I'd like to revisit next time I'm craving pasta near Nowon Station — Pasta Han Kki Nowon Main Branch!
