Parking and dogs at Forerest, a large café in Uijeongbu
Forerest is a large café at 181 Nogyang-ro, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, so spacious it can fit over 100 cars in the parking lot. Dogs are welcome too, so it's a great café to bring your pup along on an outing or just stop by to rest for a bit.
The exterior was so pretty, and it had this really lovely atmosphere, like a village in the forest.

What the inside of Forerest looks like
At this dog-friendly café in Uijeongbu, Forerest, even the entrance was beautifully decorated, so the atmosphere felt great right from the start.
As soon as I stepped inside, there were sound-related props and equipment, and the music playing was nice too. They also have baby chairs, so I'd recommend it as a good café to visit with kids in Uijeongbu.
The interior was cozy too, and with all the wood tones, it really felt like drinking coffee in the middle of a forest.
There were floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere, so looking out at the scenery outside really melted away my stress. It was quiet inside too, so it made for a good café to chat in.
There were outdoor tables too, and since the weather's nice right now, I think sitting outside would be great!

Matcha vs black sesame Basque cheesecake at Forerest
Forerest's matcha Basque cheesecake is ₩8,000, and the black sesame Basque cheesecake is also ₩8,000. The matcha Basque cheesecake had a nice bitter matcha flavor and was soft in texture.
The black sesame Basque cheesecake was dense and had a rich black sesame flavor — really tasty!
Forerest's latte and fresh-squeezed orange juice
The latte is ₩6,500 and the orange juice is ₩7,800. I ordered the latte hot, and it was smooth and delicious.
The orange juice is squeezed fresh right at the café, and it had actual pulp you could chew on and was nice and sweet.
Great atmosphere, delicious desserts — that was my review of Forerest, a Basque cheesecake spot in Uijeongbu.
