Seoul dessert café with two tables after dinner: Beurre Beurre Konkuk
In short
Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch is a dessert café selling ice cream on Konkuk Rodeo Street in Gwangjin, Seoul. Looking for something light after a meal, I stopped in and took two of the seats in a space that fits about two groups, while a video introducing the ice cream played on the shop screen. Beurre Beurre doesn't have much seating, but it's a good place to keep the conversation going after dinner.

After eating in the Konkuk area, I went looking for something light to finish off the meal and ended up stopping by Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch.
Konkuk Rodeo Street has plenty of places to eat and all kinds of cafés and dessert shops, so it's somewhere I often end up browsing when I have plans in the area. That day I wanted something that wouldn't feel too heavy but would still leave a nice, sweet ending to the meal.
Even before stepping inside, the clean, cute vibe of the place caught my eye, and I thought anyone who likes dessert would enjoy stopping by at least once.

What is Beurre Beurre, the dessert café on Konkuk Rodeo Street, like inside?
Walking into Beurre Beurre Konkuk Rodeo Branch, the overall atmosphere felt relaxed, so it was easy to settle in without any pressure. It seemed like a great place to chat with a friend over dessert, or to take a quick breather in the middle of a date in Konkuk.
It especially seemed like a good stop if you're out shopping or wandering around Konkuk Rodeo and suddenly crave something sweet.
There were menu items that looked great in photos too, so while waiting for my order I took my time looking around the store and the menu.

The entrance looked clean too, so I took a photo to capture the mood of the visit.

Once you step further inside, you can see the overall feel of the store — a good place to sit and take a break while enjoying dessert.

Seating at Beurre Beurre: room for about two groups
The seating was arranged for about two tables. One table already had people at it, so we sat at the two-seat spot. I took photos of the seats too, since they might be useful as a reference for what it actually feels like to visit.

How did the ice cream dessert taste?
Choosing the menu was oddly enjoyable in itself. I took my time browsing while thinking about what to order.
Once our order came out, I got busy taking photos. Since dessert is naturally pretty to look at, shooting from different angles gave me a nice variety of shots.

Up close, the details of the dessert showed up even better, so I took one more shot.

I also got a shot of the whole thing at a glance. Then, right after the photos, we dug in.

With a sweet dessert, what really matters is how the flavor spreads through your mouth on the first bite. It wasn't heavy at all — light and easy to enjoy — which made it a good fit as a dessert after a meal.

The visuals were nice too, so I ended up taking a bunch of photos. If you're visiting with a friend, it might also be fun to each pick a different menu and share.

Eating slowly while savoring it, time flew by before I knew it. If you ever feel like it's a shame to just eat and part ways after having plans in Konkuk, I think adding a dessert like this to the mix would be a good idea.

Who visits Beurre Beurre Konkuk Rodeo?
Ice creams in all kinds of colors. Personally, I liked that you could enjoy the atmosphere of the place as much as the food itself. It wasn't overly formal, so it was easy to visit and feel comfortable.
Grandmothers were eating there, kids too, whole families who looked like they'd come after dinner, and couples who seemed to be on a date kept coming in as well.

Seating wasn't plentiful, but we managed to find a spot and sat down to eat our ice cream. The whole time we were eating, people kept steadily coming in.
