Gireum-dong PC café date with a jumbo chicken leg: ZERO100 PC Gireum

I was trying to figure out what to do with my boyfriend this time, so we decided on a PC café date for old times' sake haha

We went to ZERO100 PC Gireum. It was a day of both gaming and a proper eating session, so here's my honest review of the visit :)

Where is ZERO100 PC Gireum and how do you find the entrance?

ZERO100 PC Gireum is on the basement level at 1276 Gireum-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, just 66m from Exit 6 of Gireum Station on Line 4. Once you go down the stairs, you'll see the ZERO100 PC sign in big letters on the door, so it's easy to find.

Once inside, the whole space felt clean and comfortable. ☆ ZERO100 PC Gireum really does have a premium gaming setup ☆

They also run two-person couple seats and 5-person team rooms for groups. If you're coming with a few friends to game together, the 5-person team room looks like a good option !-!

What are the two-person couple seats like for gaming?

The seats we used were the two-person couple seats at ZERO100 PC Gireum! Sitting side by side with my boyfriend made it perfect for a PC café date.

Even though we were each playing our own game, being right next to each other meant we could chat in between rounds too haha. And the monitors were pretty big, which I liked — made everything easier to see while gaming, and playing together with my boyfriend after a while actually got me a bit competitive lol

Wet wipes and sanitizing wipes in the hallway

This was something I personally really liked! ZERO100 PC Gireum had wet wipes and sanitizing wipes set out separately in the hallway.

A PC café is a space where lots of people use the same keyboards and mice, so I'm a little particular about that kind of thing — being able to grab a wipe whenever I needed and clean the keyboard and mouse myself was great. We wiped down our seats once before settling in too! Having sanitizing wipes ready so anyone who wants to can clean up themselves was something I personally really appreciated.

Eating the ramyeon-bap set, jumbo chicken leg and Ppuringkeul fries

We went all out on food that day too. We ordered about ₩20,000 worth of the ramyeon-bap (ramen and rice) set, one jumbo chicken leg, and Ppuringkeul fries on top! The noodles had a nice chewy texture and the food quality overall was good.

We also brought our own snacks and jelly to munch on while gaming. Between what we ordered and what we brought, the table was basically packed like a full-on PC café eating spread 😂

Gaming, then eating the ramyeon-bap, then picking at fries, then snacks and jelly in between — by the end I honestly wasn't sure if we came to game or to eat lol. Still, sitting together with my boyfriend gaming and snacking on stuff was genuinely so fun.

Just by using the PC café, depending on the event you can get 30 minutes up to 20 hours of free service, and if you place in the monthly ZERO100 Gireum tournament, there's also 30 minutes to 20 hours of free service as a reward, apparently. Verdict: is ZERO100 PC Gireum worth a date near Gireum Station?

We had a PC café date at ZERO100 PC Gireum after a long while! Being able to game together at the two-person couple seat was great, and the big monitors made gaming comfortable !-!

Personally I also loved that wet wipes and sanitizing wipes were available in the hallway so we could clean the keyboard and mouse ourselves. With two-person couple seats as well as a 5-person team room, and a good variety of food and drinks, this place seems like a good spot to game with friends too, not just as a couple.
