Hello there -3- it's Duck.
So during vacation I ate really well and, uh, bulked up a bit haha 🐥 So I quickly whipped up a gym review for you. Let's go — review of Prime Fit Siksa Branch, a gym in Siksa-dong.
Where is Prime Fit Siksa and what are its hours?

📍 Location: 3rd floor, Prime Fit, The Pine Terrace, 6-39 Wish City 1-ro, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
- ✅ Hours: Mon–Sat 06:00 – 02:00 (next day) / Sun 06:00 – 22:00
- 🚘 3 hours of free parking available
It's the largest gym in Siksa-dong, with a spacious and pleasant workout environment. Since it runs such long operating hours, it's great for people who don't have much free time — you can drop by whenever suits you.

✨ Right now there's a promotion running with gym memberships starting from around ₩30,000 a month and PT packages, and alongside regular gym use they also run GX classes (Zumba, yoga, Pilates, diet dance, etc.).
Inside the gym: face-recognition entry, workout clothes and towels

As soon as you walk into Prime Fit Siksa, your membership is checked via face recognition, so you can just walk in and start working out ~ ✨ There's no restriction on entry times, which was nice — you can work out whenever you like. ✨ They also issue parking tickets right there at the front.

It was my first visit and the staff gave me a really friendly consultation >_< Even as a beginner, the atmosphere made it easy for me to work out comfortably. You pick up your locker key and towel at the front desk ※2 towels provided※

✨ Once you head further in, there's a full set of workout clothes (top and bottom) available. Sizes range from L to 2XL, so you can pick what suits your body type.

Locker room and the 10 shower stalls at Prime Fit Siksa
Walking past the wide row of lockers, you reach the locker room! ✔️ Men's and women's locker rooms are separate.

Gym locker rooms are usually pretty cramped, and I have plenty of memories of the awkward locker-hunting dance — but ✨ Prime Fit Siksa has so, so many cabinets that you can change comfortably in a spacious area without worrying about anyone else.

There were even simple clothes hangers inside.
There are around ✔️ 10 individually partitioned shower stalls, so you don't have to fight over a shower — you can use them comfortably.

There were also hair dryers and combs set up like this, so it felt great to shower and head home refreshed after a workout.
How do you use the GX room at Prime Fit Siksa?
Prime Fit Siksa's GX room runs on a system where you write your name on an attendance sheet outside the room before joining a class. They run a variety of GX classes including Zumba, yoga, and diet dance.

The Pilates equipment zone

The Pilates equipment was well set up too. It seemed even better since you can enjoy other types of workouts beyond just weight training. They said there's a female trainer who teaches Pilates, so it seemed like a comfortable place for women to work out as well.

- ✔️ Specializes in rehab and body correction
- ✔️ Expertise in strength and stamina building
- ✔️ Systematic workout management
- ✔️ Experienced trainers who hold professional certifications
Gym floor: stretching room, cardio zone and weight zone
✔️ Stretching room

✨ There was also a stretching room stocked with foam rollers. It's a separate, enclosed space, so it looked like a quiet, comfortable spot for warming up before heading off to exercise.
✔️ Cardio zone

✔️ A wide variety of cardio machines. There were tons of cardio machines — loads of treadmills, and even ✨ 3 stair climbers, which are really popular these days, so it looked easy to use them without waiting around.
✔️ Weight zone

All the equipment is in ✨ a beige and white tone, so you can work out in a cozy atmosphere, and the weight zone had a nice variety of machines too.
Drinks, phone charging and other extras

When you're working out and get thirsty, you can grab a drink right there and then — ✨ they sell drinks (protein shakes, energy drinks, tea, ion drinks), which was really convenient.

✨ There's even a thoughtful touch of a phone charging spot — such a great gym in Siksa-dong.
