These are the conveyor-belt egg and squid sushi at Sushi Maiu Seolleung Station Branch! Even though it's not sashimi, I like eating egg sushi first at sushi places because it's sweet and fluffy, and this one had mayo flying fish roe on top, so it's a sushi that even picky kids would love. The squid was chewy too, best texture 👍🏻👍🏻

The otoro at Sushi Maiu Seolleung Station Branch! The look of it is amazing... it looks so luxurious I was gasping before I even took a bite ‼️ Pricey, but from the melt-in-your-mouth texture to the flavor, it was absolutely delicious in a high-end way.
This is another amazing conveyor-belt option — flounder fin...? Or belly? It's super thick, with a texture that's both firm and chewy. The best white fish sushi I had!
Salmon sushi: soy sauce purists vs. onion + sour sauce fans
This is the conveyor-belt salmon sushi at Sushi Maiu Seolleung Station Branch. Salmon lives up to its reputation and is always delicious, and eating it plain, just dipped in soy sauce without onion or sour sauce, brings out the clean salmon flavor really well — solid 👍🏻👍🏻
After eating the plain salmon first, I tried the onion + sour sauce combo! As expected, the onion cuts through the richness, so it just kept going down. Sushi Maiu has good turnover and makes things fresh the moment you order, so you get that fresh sushi feeling — I'd recommend visiting when you're in the mood to just grab whatever sushi you want!
