Yeongdeungpo yacht tour with golden-hour 63 Building: Sailing Paradise
In short
Sailing Paradise is a Han River yacht tour operator in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. I boarded a 10-person yacht at 7 pm for cool river breezes, sunset-lit 63 Building views, snacks, and white wine. Sailing Paradise is a lovely way to take a break without leaving Seoul.

The day I wanted to rest on a Han River yacht in Seoul
As busy everyday life kept rolling along, I started thinking that I wanted to properly rest for a day without having to go far away. While looking for somewhere to spend a special time within Seoul, I found out that I could ride a yacht on the Han River, so I made a reservation because I wanted a change of pace. I visit the Han River often, but it was my first time seeing Seoul from the water, so I was really excited even before setting off!!

There are various yacht experience operators on the Han River, and I went with Sailing Paradise. I felt even more confident choosing it because the owner has many yachts and also provides training for certifications. Once I arrived at the boarding point, the staff kindly guided me, so getting aboard was easy.

The yacht looked neat from the outside, and the interior was cozily decorated too, so I had a good feeling from the first impression, haha. I thought it would be great for couples, or for coming with friends—the atmosphere was really lovely.

Han River breezes and sunset after boarding at 7 pm
I was worried because it was summer, but when I boarded at 7 pm, a cool river breeze blew in as soon as we set off, and I felt so good from that moment!! Seoul from the river felt completely different from the views I usually saw from bridges or walking paths. The tall buildings reflected on the Han River, and looking out over the wide-open water made even my mind feel more relaxed.

Especially as the sun began to set, the sight of the 63 Building turning golden was so beautiful that photos could not capture it all. Seeing it in person, I understood why so many people look for Han River yacht tour dates, haha.

Snacks and white wine on the yacht
Simple snacks and white wine were also prepared on the yacht. Sipping a glass while feeling the river breeze created an atmosphere completely unlike my usual time at a café. The snacks were easy to enjoy, and they thoughtfully took care of anything we needed, so I could spend an even more comfortable time there.

Just taking photos, quietly chatting, and looking at the Han River was healing in itself, haha. We reserved a 10-person yacht, and I heard that a private charter is also available as an add-on option, which I think would be especially satisfying for anyone wanting time just for two. Premium catering with welcome champagne and seasonal snacks is also available, so it would suit people planning an anniversary or a proposal too. (After looking it up, it seems lots of people actually do that!!)

Golden hour or night views—which time slot to choose?
I also liked that you can choose the mood you want between a golden-hour slot and a night-view slot. I went at sunset, but it made me want to come back next time and ride while looking at Seoul’s night skyline, haha.

Yacht types and free admission for children
I took a photo of the boarding price list too, for anyone who may be curious. Along with sailing yachts, there were various choices including power yachts and speedboats, so you can select the style you want. Pricing is available by number of passengers, so it did not feel as expensive as I expected, and I could also confirm the notice that children aged 6 and under are free. I thought it would be nice for families making special memories together too, haha.

It may also be helpful to know that choosing your preferred time slot in advance lets you enjoy the trip more leisurely. A regular walk along the Han River is lovely too, but riding a yacht and viewing Seoul from the water had a distinctly different charm. The backdrop was so pretty every time I took a photo that I naturally kept pressing the shutter.

As we slowly moved along the Han River, the sound of water and wind made it such a relaxing time. It was brief, but it felt like my mind had cleared, so I thought anyone tired from daily life should experience it at least once. I loved that I could spend such a special time without leaving Seoul.

A special Han River date made in Seoul
I could refresh myself fully without traveling far, and it was such a great outing to share with someone precious. I would recommend it not only for a special anniversary, but also to anyone who wants to make an ordinary weekend a little more special. With the city scenery, cool river breeze, and relaxed atmosphere all together, I think it will stay in my memory for a long time. Aw.

Next time, I want to reserve a night-view slot and experience a different mood, haha. If you want to make a unique memory, I really hope you try a Han River yacht tour date at least once. I confidently recommend a Han River yacht tour date to anyone wanting a romantic time in Seoul.
