Department store food court Korean set meal in Incheon: Hantiok
In short
Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is a Korean restaurant on the basement food court level of Lotte Department Store's Incheon branch. A couple shared a bossam set meal (₩22,000) and a gondre bibimbap set meal (₩20,000) with an extra side of jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork, ₩6,000), and found the pork portion bigger than a regular order, with rich ugeoji-guk (napa cabbage soup) and gomtang (beef bone broth) on the side. It's a solid spot for a homestyle Korean meal in the middle of a shopping trip.

Here's Hantiok's origin-of-ingredients sign. The beef is domestic hanwoo ‼️‼️ Hantiok says they only use 1+ and 1++ grade hanwoo. That probably explains how tasty it is~~~⁉️💙

A food court with its own dedicated tables
Right next to the Hantiok ordering counter there are tables reserved just for Hantiok ‼️ The 4-person tables are spacious and uncrowded, so you can eat comfortably.

After ordering, they hand you a buzzer, haha. Just wait for it to buzz ‼️ And here's our order, arrived.

Bossam set + gondre bibimbap set + extra side of jeyuk
- Bossam set meal (₩22,000)
- Gondre bibimbap set meal (₩20,000)
- + Extra side of jeyuk bokkeum (₩6,000)
It filled the whole table. I was surprised how close it looked to the display samples,, no,, actually more generous and better-looking than the samples ‼️ Isn't this a great spread~~~🔥
Wow,,, the portions are insane,,‼️ The presentation is unreal!

So much extra jeyuk bokkeum
First,, jeyuk bokkeum, soul food for guys,, When I first saw a big plate and a small plate, I assumed the small plate was the extra add-on,, Oh my goodness,,🔥 Turns out it wasn't the small plate — the big plate of pork was the extra side dish. The photo doesn't capture it, but the portion is genuinely bigger than what you'd get ordering jeyuk bokkeum as a regular dish,, Real ‼️

They wrap the tasty pork together with lettuce into a wrap for you.

Bossam has just the right lean-to-fat ratio
The bossam in the set comes in a generous portion too, with lean meat layered underneath. Beyond the quantity, the ratio of lean meat to fat is just right — soft and clean-tasting ‼️ Goes without saying, but there's no gamey smell either!

They wrap it with bossam radish kimchi and a clove of garlic into a wrap for you.

So delicious ,,,👍

Ugeoji-guk, mandu, and tofu too
The soup packed with ugeoji (napa cabbage) is really good too.

There's a generous amount of hanwoo in it too, and the umami in the broth is amazing,, this soup alone could finish a whole bowl of rice 💙

Even the mandu included in the set isn't a throwaway side ‼️ Full-on dumpling-shop quality~~~

Try the tofu with a bite of kimchi too, it's worth savoring~~💯

The gondre bibimbap has great aroma
Add the seasoning sauce that comes with the gondre bibimbap and mix it in,, haha

The gondre (thistle greens) soak into the rice, carrying that subtle, nutty herb aroma. The texture is soft yet a bit chewy(?), which I liked ❤️
Ahh~~~ that gondre aroma~~~🧡

Here's the gomtang that comes with the gondre bibimbap. It has a mild savoriness with just a touch of fat, not greasy, and while it's not heavily seasoned, it's subtly rich and deep. My wife finished the whole bowl,,,🧡

A really filling and delicious meal at Hantiok, a Korean restaurant worth visiting at Lotte Department Store Incheon 🔥 If you're at Lotte Department Store, go shopping and grab a satisfying meal at Hantiok too — highly recommend it 💜
