Sweet potato bagels at Pink Wall Cafe, a bakery café in Yeongjong

Heading straight home after lunch felt like a bit of a waste. I was looking for somewhere to sit with a coffee, and that's how I ended up at Pink Wall Cafe.

I already thought it looked pretty in photos, but the vibe in person was even better.

Even though pink is everywhere, it never feels overwhelming — it actually feels warm, so I felt good the moment I stepped in. I figured I'd just take a few photos, drink my coffee, and leave, but I ended up staying way longer than expected. After visiting, I immediately understood why this place gets recommended so often as a Yeongjong bakery café.

The pink building is easy to spot, so I found it right away.

The building itself is pretty, but the garden is so well-kept that I couldn't help taking photos before even stepping inside 💓

The flowers were in full bloom and there were plenty of photo spots, so it was fun to slowly wander around. I'm the type who checks out the whole place first when I visit an aesthetic café like this, and here I really kept exploring corner after corner.

Inside Pink Wall Cafe: interior, terrace and garden

Once inside, the interior wasn't as over-the-top as I expected. It only hits the right accent points, which somehow made it even prettier.

The tables were spacious with plenty of room between seats, so it was comfortable to relax, and there were high chairs too, so it seemed like a good spot for families.

There are also cute pink dolls scattered around, and honestly, they're just so adorable!!!

The terrace was really pretty too 💜 Just look at the atmosphere . . . 🫣 On cool weather like this, drinking coffee outside would feel amazing. Pets aren't allowed indoors, but they can join you on the indoor terrace, so I think this place will draw a lot of people looking for a pet-friendly café in Yeongjong. The space is spacious too, so it looked comfortable for spending relaxed time with a dog.

Photos come out great and the atmosphere is lovely, so anyone looking for a date spot in Yeongjong would probably be satisfied too.

Which bagel to order at Pink Wall Cafe

I was even more excited to hear that Pink Wall Cafe makes its own bagels. Even though I visited in the afternoon, bagels kept selling out. Popular items seem to go fast, so if you want to try a variety, I'd recommend visiting a bit earlier.

I ordered a Pink Wall Ade for ₩9,000, a Black Sesame Spanish Latte for ₩8,500, a Sweet Potato Bagel for ₩6,000, and a Mocha Cream Cheese Bagel for ₩6,500.

Bagels come with a side of cream cheese, and I chose plain and blueberry cream cheese.

The cream cheese was tasty too and went really well with the bagels.

Personally, I liked the sweet potato bagel even more than the mocha cream cheese one. It was packed with sweet potato filling inside, so the sweetness really came through, and it paired well with coffee.

The black sesame Spanish latte had a thick, creamy texture with a deep nutty flavor, and it wasn't as sweet as I expected, which suited my taste perfectly.

I thought the Pink Wall Ade would be orange ade at first, but there was a subtle mango flavor to it. It was a nice way to finish off the bagels.

Besides bagels, there's a wide variety of croissants and cakes too, so if you love bakeries, you might have a hard time deciding, haha! Next time I want to try more of the bagels.

Is Pink Wall Cafe worth a second visit?

There are plenty of pretty cafés out there, but a place that nails both the atmosphere and the bread isn't as common as you'd think.

But Pink Wall Cafe let me get good photos and eat delicious bagels, which made it even more memorable.

Most of all, the garden was so pretty that I loved taking a slow walk around it after coffee.

I lost track of time taking photos 🌸 There was plenty of parking, which made visiting easy, and the space was spacious enough that it never felt crowded even with people around.

There's a space where you can bring your dog along, so I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a pet-friendly café in Yeongjong, and the atmosphere makes it a great fit for a date course in Yeongjong too.
