Busan Korean BBQ with Iberico cuts and soybean stew rice

An aged pork restaurant near Gwangalli Beach
The soft lighting and upscale interior immediately tell you this is an aged-pork specialist. It is close to Gwangalli Beach, so it is a great place to come for aged meat after looking around Gwangalli.
There are square tables, and the overall mood is comfortable yet neat. It is great for a date, bringing your parents, or coming with friends too, haha.
They have five tips for enjoying Jukrim Sutbul Dwaeji Gui, so I think it is worth reading them. The interior is upscale and so pretty too,,
They grill the meat on a raised round grill. They also bring over the tableware set: spoon, chopsticks, wet wipes, and cups.

What do the side dishes look like?
The banchan (Korean side dishes) include seven items such as seasoned bean sprouts and myeonginamul (pickled wild garlic leaves), plus four sauces including ssamjang, salt, and wasabi.

Ta-da~~ Look at that gorgeous meat color, right?! Jukrim Sutbul Dwaeji Gui grills all the meat for you!!! It was so convenient, and because they grill it so well, it is delicious too!! I loved that, haha.
I ordered the Jukrim Iberico Set and tried all three special cuts at Jukrim Sutbul Dwaeji Gui: pluma, alligator cut, and rib meat, haha. Tender and juicy pluma + chewy alligator cut + rich, nutty rib meat!!! Have them with garlic too!
Look at that marbling—this is crazyyy. They grill the meat so well, haha. Once it is cooked, they move it to the outer edge!
Now that all the meat is cooked, it is time to grill the mushrooms and green onions!! Look at that shine on the mushrooms 🤤
Brisket soybean-paste soup rice and spicy mixed noodles
I totally, totally recommend the brisket soybean-paste soup rice! It is number one among all the soybean-paste soup rice dishes I have had so far 👍🏻 It is packed with brisket, and the broth is so delicious too! Definitely order the spicy mixed noodles as well!
Ahh, look at that gloss once the spicy mixed noodles are tossed,, It is a perfect match with the meat ✨
