This time it wasn't a meal meetup — I needed a space to meet up with some creators, so I used White House 662, a party room in Apgujeong. Honestly, whenever a group gets together, you end up debating between a café, a restaurant room, or renting a party room.
We had a lot to talk about and needed to take photos in between, so we figured using one comfortable space would work better. Bottom line: for a group meetup with long conversations like a creator meetup, it had clear advantages over a restaurant.

How close is White House 662 to Apgujeongrodeo Station?

White House 662 is about 232m from Apgujeongrodeo Station Exit 6. Being right in the middle of Apgujeong, the location itself was decent for a Gangnam group meetup where everyone comes from a different area.
Especially as the group gets bigger, you end up with one person coming from Gangnam, another from Jamsil, another from Seongsu — starting points all over the place. In those cases, not being too far from a station turns out to matter more than you'd think.
Inside the white-toned party room

Walking into White House 662, the first thing I noticed was a clean space built mostly around white tones. There was a long table where several people could sit and talk comfortably, and on the other side there was a sofa area, so we could move around instead of staying glued to the table the whole time.

When creators get together, it's never just eating and leaving — conversations stretch out, covering everything from our channels to content ideas to collaborations.

In situations like that, restaurants make you worry about the next customers, and cafés can get awkward with the table next to you — so having a private space to use was definitely convenient.

What worked well for a creator group meetup
My purpose for using White House 662 this time was a creator meetup.

So more than just a good party space, what mattered was whether several people could sit together and talk comfortably. Thanks to the long table, we could all gather in one spot to talk or look at materials together,

and there was also a big screen, which looked handy for meetups that need to show videos or screens.

The sofa area was a good spot for chatting a bit more casually or taking a break. Since the table and the sofa sides had different vibes even within one space, it felt less stuffy even as the meetup went on longer.

And having two rooms was even better! Personally, I think it would suit creator meetups, study groups, or friends' birthday gatherings — anything where people talk for a long time in one place.

Once a certain number of people gather, using the whole space at once might actually feel more convenient compared to the cost of eating separately at a restaurant and then moving to a café. In the end, the value you feel will depend on how many people are using it.

Which kinds of group gatherings suit White House 662?

Having used it myself for a creator meetup, White House 662 felt better suited to gatherings where a group settles in one space to talk for a long time, rather than a spot for a quiet meal.

In particular, if you're looking for a space for creator meetups, group gatherings with friends, birthday parties, study sessions, or small networking events, it's a choice worth comparing against a regular restaurant room.

Not being far from the station, and being able to use a long table and sofa area together in one space, fit our meetup's purpose well.
