What Taco Dot Cheongna Branch looks like from outside
The signage decked out in American and Mexican flags still gives the exterior plenty of taco charm~ The parking lot was full so I had to double-park — a sign of how popular this place is!

Let's head straight in~~!
What is the inside of Taco Dot Cheongna Branch like?
Inside, Taco Dot Cheongna Branch mainly has American-style booth seating, plus regular tables, so groups are welcome too. Even on a weekday lunch, a lot of the seats were already filled.

It's mostly American-style booth seating, plus regular tables too. Groups are welcome here.

The interior is definitely clean, which makes it even better~ It was pretty full for a weekday lunch, which is proof this place is legit~

Let's order right away.
What we ordered at Taco Dot: a 42,000 won weekday lunch
At Taco Dot Cheongna Branch I ordered a carnitas taco for 10,000 won, a Nashville hot chicken taco for 10,000 won, a quesadilla for 20,000 won, and a Zero Coke for 2,000 won, for a total of 42,000 won. Last time I had the fajita, but this time I actually wanted the chimichanga!
But unfortunately it sold out right before we ordered, ugh ㅠㅠ I could only watch as the chimichanga came out at the next table ㅠㅠ
Anyway! I still wanted tacos so I ordered right away!
- Carnitas taco: ₩10,000
- Nashville hot chicken taco: ₩10,000
- Quesadilla: ₩20,000
- Zero Coke: ₩2,000
- Total: ₩42,000
I was so hungry I ended up ordering a ton~

If you leave a receipt review on Naver, they give you a lemonade, so I'd recommend it~

I sipped a light Zero Coke while waiting~ They give you an ice cup without even asking!
How does the 20,000 won chicken quesadilla taste?
Taco Dot's quesadilla lets you choose between chicken and shrimp, and I went with chicken this time — it came out first. Sweet and spicy with cheese stretching everywhere, it was a can't-fail combination.

The quesadilla came out first! You can choose between chicken and shrimp for the quesadilla, and I went with chicken this time~
The visuals were insane, right?? It looked absolutely loaded with cheese, and my mouth was watering the second I saw it!

The taste is sweet and spicy, with stretchy cheese, perfectly cooked chicken, and grilled onions all sautéed together with the sauce! The moment I took a bite, I thought, ah, this flavor can't fail — and the sour cream sauce and tomato served alongside neutralized the Mexican spices nicely, keeping it from getting too greasy, which was very satisfying~ I think it would've been even better with a half-and-half of chicken and shrimp!

Nashville hot chicken taco and carnitas taco, 10,000 won each
Taco Dot's Nashville hot chicken taco came out first, and once you try it — it's genuinely delicious! It's a tortilla topped with hot chicken, just the right amount of sauce, and tossed vegetables.

It's just a tortilla topped with hot chicken, a bit of sauce, and tossed vegetables — but why is it this good?? The tortilla and salad tame the mild spiciness, and the balance is really excellent! I'm definitely ordering this again!

Nom nom~~

Next up, the carnitas taco (carnitas, meaning 'little meats' in Spanish)! Bright and fresh, this is exactly the taco flavor you want — definitely a great taco spot in Cheongna~ Carnitas is pork cooked tender in the traditional Mexican way, and it's piled generously onto the taco~ A light squeeze of lime over the top really brings out the flavor and boosts the taco's appeal~ I skipped the cilantro, but honestly you shouldn't leave it out! If you're someone who enjoys cilantro, definitely get it on the side or mixed in — it'll be even better!!

Cleared the plate again today! The portions were huge, but I managed it~
Is Taco Dot Cheongna Branch worth a second visit?
- Confirmed taco spot!
- Parking during peak hours is difficult
- Would definitely visit again!

A satisfying meal at Taco Dot~ It had been a while since I'd visited, but it was just as good as I remembered — that wraps up my revisit review of Taco Dot Cheongna Branch, a great taco spot in Cheongna!
