I’m going to share my visit to Rose Lash, a much-loved eyelash spot near Saenae Station that is so popular it can be hard to visit without booking ahead.

It is about a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Saenae Station, in the building with Baekeok Coffee, so it was easy enough to find.

Such a neat, clean salon. It is run by two absolutely lovely owners.

It had been a while since my last eyelash extensions, and it had also been a while since I had received a treatment this comfortably. I think I’ll come back next time too. After trying it myself, I understand why it is so popular.

I visited with a reservation. After arriving and taking a quick look around, I sat down right away. Everything was so cleanly maintained that I felt at ease even on my first visit.

A natural curl lifted close to the lash line for my eye shape

Once seated, we first discussed lash length. After talking with the technician about how many millimeters to choose, we decided to lift them as much as possible so my eyes would look more defined.

Since it had been a while since my last extensions, I wondered what look to go for. The technician looked at my eye shape and advised a direction that would lift the lashes closely while keeping the curl natural and suited to me, so I trusted her with it.

Above all, my technician was so young and pretty, but she also had a lot of experience, which made me trust her. Am I a looks-ist or what... haha

No, really—people who are pretty and capable too are both enviable and cool.

A comfortable treatment with plenty of chatting

The treatment was done while I lay back comfortably, and time flew by as I chatted with the technician about this and that. As it turned out, we got married at almost the same time.

So we chatted away for quite a while, from wedding-prep stories to all sorts of things we could relate to. I could talk so comfortably that it did not feel like my first visit at all. Seriously, chatting makes time disappear!

But even after all that chatting, the treatment finished sooner than I expected, so I was almost a little sad it was over, haha. Her hands were quick too, so lying down for a long time never felt burdensome.

How the extensions felt the moment I opened my eyes

The finished eye look was exactly what I wanted. Lifting them as closely as possible made my eyes look naturally more defined, without feeling overly dramatic—and yet! still crisply defined. Such a difficult balance, but exactly my style, haha. I do not usually wear heavy makeup, so I liked this natural, polished look even more.

What I felt during this visit was that the salon was immaculately maintained, the technician was kind, the treatment was comfortable, and her hands were fast too.

I first came here while looking into eyelash extensions in Jamsil, but after receiving the service myself, it became a place I would like to visit again.

There may be people who have not been to Rose Lash yet, but I do not think there are people who would go once and not return. A truly top-notch eyelash spot.

Of course, lashes can look different depending on your eye shape and the design you want, but I felt comfortable from the consultation onward and loved the overall result this time, so I recommend it.
