Whenever I want coffee and baked treats together in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, Brewers Coffee is the place that comes to mind. It's been famous for a while and I've been back many times — this time too, it was packed! Busy even at an odd weekday hour... everyone here really knows their stuff, don't they??????

Brewers Coffee is busy even on a weekday: can you get a seat?

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch tends to fill up fast even on weekdays, so if you want to sit comfortably you should time it well. Weekday or weekend, it's crowded every time I go, and if the weather's nice you can also drink your coffee out on the terrace!

A magical Sinbu-dong café where a wait forms the moment you order, haha. Good taste, good vibe, consistently popular! This time too we just went with takeout, haha.

Where Brewers Coffee is, and what's in the baked-treat case

This Cheonan café is easy to find, right next to Public Parking Lot No. 4 on Meokgeori 9-gil in Sinbu-dong. Besides coffee, there are financiers, madeleines, canelés and more — the variety is so wide that standing in front of the display case makes it genuinely hard to choose, because everything's good...!

This time my absolute favorite, the salted choco chip madeleine, was thankfully still in stock, so I had it with coffee. I was genuinely nervous it might be sold out. I've tried every kind here at this point, and honestly none of them miss!!!!! The canelé and financier are also very popular, so I really recommend trying those too.

The mocha latte at Brewers Coffee, tasted for the first time

Wanting something a bit different this time, I tried the mocha latte for the first time — the sweetness of the chocolate and the bitterness of the coffee balanced out nicely, perfect for a caffeine-plus-sugar boost. Not too sweet and genuinely tasty, so yes, Brewers Coffee really is the Sinbu-dong coffee spot. The staff are always so kind too, which puts me in a good mood every time I visit 🤎🤎🤎

Why the decaf latte works late in the day

Brewers Coffee's decaf latte is a guilt-free option if you want coffee late at night — I really recommend it for anyone who's wanted coffee but avoided it because of caffeine!! Even decaf, it keeps the beans' smooth, nutty flavor, so it's genuinely tasty despite being decaf, haha.

Crème brûlée flan and salted choco chip madeleine, tasted

Every time I come here, the flan is a non-negotiable. And this time, the one I was personally curious about was the crème brûlée flan. The sugar coating on top is completely charming, and the inside is soft and moist, so the texture contrast is great! Not overly heavy-sweet, more a dessert that pairs well with coffee — the flan at this Sinbu-dong café is one I trust every time, haha.

Still my all-time favorite at this Cheonan café, the salted choco chip madeleine~ The rich, sweet chocolate flavor plus salt keeps the sweetness from tipping too far one way, and the balance is so good! Brewers Coffee's madeleines come in chocolate, lemon, crème brûlée, almond-chocolate and more, so there's plenty to pick from depending on your taste.

Is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch worth another visit?

If you're looking for a Sinbu-dong, Cheonan café with both great coffee and great baked treats, Brewers Coffee is a must-visit. There's clearly a reason it's packed every time I go — I've enjoyed it every single visit, and I think I'll keep stopping by whenever I have a reason to be in Cheonan !! :)
