The green building made it easy to spot, and out front you can check a simple picnic list.

You can actually see Mangwon Han River Park directly from in front of the shop — a picnic rental store that literally faces the river!

Picnic List Mangwon was packed with all kinds of picnic items, a tent rental spot for Mangwon Han River Park that runs unmanned from 11am to 10pm daily, so you can drop by whenever you like or book ahead via Naver Reservation.

There's a guide and menu posted in the center of the store — check it first!

Picnic List Mangwon set prices

Basic rental time is 3 hours, with ₩5,000 for each extra hour or a ₩10,000 all-day pass. There are five basic sets, and you can pick just one or combine them all!

Choosing a tent, chairs and table

The 3-item combo set lets you choose from a shade canopy, a tent, or a parasol — we went with the tent!

The tents are behind the mirror, with mats and chairs out front, so you can pick whichever item catches your eye.

There are separate zones for picnic baskets, mats, tables, and display items, all clearly labeled and easy to find. The wagon can be rented for ₩5,000, or you can just get the 3-item combo set that includes it.

This one was so cute at first I thought it was some kind of adorable camera, but it turned out to be a soap bubble maker. Great as a little prop too >_<

Event rental items

Near the entrance there's a separate event zone where you can buy a proposal shower, birthday party garland, or bridal shower garland separately. Great for a special-day event too ♥

Artificial flower bouquets

There are several bouquets of fake flowers to add a pop of color — they're also included in the event set, so I'd recommend getting the set!

Setting up the fall picnic at Mangwon Han River Park

Step outside Picnic List Mangwon and you're right at Mangwon Han River Park — just a short walk and we reached a shady spot under a tree by the river.

Laying out the mat, pitching the tent, and arranging little props together with my boyfriend felt kind of like semi-camping, haha.

Above all, this brief and precious fall weather is so rare, and having a Han River picnic in it felt fantastic — plenty of time to soak in a gorgeous autumn day.

Air, humidity, temperature, vibes — all perfect..𖤐 We used the basic 3-hour rental and had no idea where the time went.

Great weather, no fine dust, sunny skies, a leisurely picnic at Mangwon Han River Park… happiness really doesn't need much more!

My boyfriend brought the trendy Minumsa bread as a snack, and we got a bookmark as a bonus too, haha.

A two-game board game showdown by the Han River

The mix-and-match 4-item set included board games, so we chose that — and we could actually rent two different games!

My boyfriend found a board game called Burger Tycoon, with a moving conveyor rail that's just adorable.

You build a burger to match the shape on your drawn card, then place it on a plate.

Burger-making showdown, 6 vs 3, I won, haha.

This one is a game where you pull out the number rolled on the dice — I won this one too, heh.

Chuseok is coming up soon, and I already want to go back to Mangwon Han River and rent from Picnic List again for another river outing. Genuinely more satisfying than expected!!!!!!!

Returning the picnic gear

After the 3-hour rental, we headed back, double-checked nothing was missing, and neatly stacked everything in the return area!
