How fast do thin-sliced hanwoo brisket and pork cheek cook?
Hanwoo thin-sliced brisket / hanwoo thin-sliced pork cheek. Since it's thin-sliced, it cooks in no time once it hits the grill haha. Thick cuts need time to cook, but thin-sliced meat's biggest strength is definitely cooking fast.
With thin brisket, I think it's best not to grill it too long — just cook it enough and eat it right away. The fattiness gives it a clear savory taste, and ah, the brisket just kept going down so easily 😍..❣️

Told you the scallion sauce is good, right? Refills are standard too. Grill up the kimchi, bean sprouts, and bracken fern too — it's all delicious
We added thin-sliced pork belly when we ordered the noodles and it was so tasty,, + you just gotta pile everything into the lettuce wrap to make it good haha
Finishing off with cold noodle soup
Eating meat without finishing with noodles feels incomplete, so I cleared a bowl of cold noodle soup too ✌🏻 As for that refreshing cold broth — well, you just can't not have soju with it..
Slurp the noodles, sip the broth, go back to the leftover meat, then more noodles haha, and eventually I felt like I was going to burst,, but I ate meat so deliciously it's been a while
