Inside Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space: a wide room full of plants
For a poke and salad place, Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space was really spacious and comfortable. There were probably a lot of foreign customers too, since Korean and English menus were both available! Nice touch!
Le Vegie Wang felt like a vegetable market — all the vegetables were so fresh!
The space was wide and comfortable. Places that sell poke or salad usually make you picture a small shop, but Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space had a relaxed atmosphere for a proper sit-down meal! It really matched Seongsu's signature hip vibe too!

Cute little corners everywhere

What we ordered: the salmon avocado poke bowl and salad pasta
What we ordered that day was
- Salmon avocado poke bowl (연아볼)
- Salad pasta
- + sparkling water

Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space had more than just poke — salads, sandwiches, curry, and a wide range of menu options to choose from!

It's perfect when you want something healthy and light! The portions were generous too, so it was filling.
Protein matters, and I liked that I could get a good balance of everything!
How does the yeon-a bowl (salmon avocado poke) taste?
First up, the salmon avocado poke bowl — as the name says, it's poke with salmon and avocado!
On a base of oat rice and vegetables, salmon and avocado and other ingredients were piled on, so it looked colorful and appetizing!
Salmon and avocado is a combination that's hard to get wrong! Eating salmon, avocado and vegetables together in one bite, the different textures came together really nicely!
With rice included, it was more filling than just a salad. Personally, I loved how the clean flavor of the salmon paired with the soft texture of the avocado — it was really delicious! Eating it all together in one bite was the best way to have it! If you're looking for something light but still filling in Seongsu, I'd recommend the salmon avocado poke bowl too!

Salad pasta: the carbs a poke bowl alone is missing
We also ordered the salad pasta! I figured poke alone might leave me wanting more carbs, so we added this. It combines salad and pasta, so it feels lighter than a regular pasta dish.
It was especially nice on a day like this when I wanted something light instead of heavy. Setting the poke bowl and salad pasta together made for pretty colors too, which somehow made it taste even better!

Eating the vegetables and noodles together gave a variety of textures, and it was filling enough as a full meal!

I'd been eating only heavy food lately and wanted something light — this hit the spot! Whenever that's the case, choosing a poke or salad menu seems to feel less heavy on the stomach!

The sparkling water is Singha
The sparkling water at Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space turned out to be Singha! Lots of people love this one — it paired well with the salad!
Served with a cup of ice!

With all the plants around and a view outside while eating, it was so relaxing!
The chicken breast in the salad pasta was really tender too, and the portion was generous!

The dressing wasn't salty or sharp — it had a healthy flavor, which I liked. The seasoning was just right!

What to order on a second visit to Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space
Le Vegie Wang Seongsu Space has several types of poke, so you can choose salmon, shrimp, chicken and more depending on your taste. Since I tried the salmon avocado poke bowl and salad pasta this time, I'd love to try other poke options next visit.
