The interior was clean and mostly wood-toned, giving off a healthy, fresh feeling.

Cute paintings and painted touches stood out on the walls, giving it a photogenic feel.

The interior was bigger than I expected, so it's good for groups, and also comfortable to eat in even during busy lunch or dinner hours.

What we ordered and what came in the bowls

Today I ordered the Steak Bowl, the Yeon-a Bowl, and sparkling water together.

Yeon-a Bowl (salmon avocado bowl), 13,200 won

Yeon-a Bowl composition Oat rice Leafy greens Raw salmon Grapefruit sauce Avocado Tomato Boiled egg Garlic scape pesto

The salmon in the Yeon-a Bowl had absolutely no fishy taste, and I really liked that — it was so fresh.

I'm a bit sensitive to fishy smells or tastes so I was a little worried, but it was fresh, and the combination with the nutty avocado was perfect.

The garlic scape pesto that came in place of a sauce was something I was trying for the first time, and it was so delicious that I ended up scraping the bowl clean by the end.

Steak Bowl, 13,200 won

Even though the steak was a lean cut with no fat, the texture was soft and easy to eat.

Thanks especially to the nutty hummus, the umami and nuttiness really came alive — it was a poke I enjoyed so much.

Is it a good meal out while dieting?
Eating out while dieting can feel intimidating, and picking a menu can feel pretty difficult — so why not try a fresh, healthy meal at Seongsu Le Vegie Wang? I enjoyed it so much that it felt like I rediscovered poke bowls after a long time.
