The first time I went to the outfield, I couldn't get gimmalgook (rolled fish sausage) or Boyoung mandu (dumplings), and I was so upset..ㅠㅠㅠ So this time I decided: let's raid the outfield food trucks!!!

First recommendation for Jamsil Baseball Stadium food: Ippeun-yeou Hotdog, quality on another level! I ordered the chili cheese hot dog ㅎㅎ First time having a hot dog with lettuce in it — it was hearty enough in size and volume to pass as a burger.
Even just looking at it, the chili cheese hot dog looks heavy. I ordered it thinking it'd be the most basic option.. but now I'm super curious about the bomb cheese hot dog and bacon corn mayo too...ㅠㅠㅠ Ordering those two next time!!
Station cream shrimp
Next, hunting for cream shrimp.. this is Station, a food truck near Gate 1! The cream shrimp here is legit the real deal...
Look at this... the shrimp are seriously plump.. the batter is thin and the shrimp are so plump the bite is amazing. And there are nachos mixed in too, so the toasty flavor is top-tier ㅠㅠ
My first round of Jamsil Baseball Stadium food truck haul.. Ippeun-yeou Hotdog's chili cheese hot dog, Station's cream shrimp. I was so hungry I demolished it all before the game even started.
Station's cream shrimp is really big. You absolutely can't eat it in one bite — I think even women with small mouths would need three bites..ㄷㄷ
The sauce is full of mayonnaise flavor with a slight kick of spice, so it doesn't get old at all and I inhaled it in five minutes...ㅋㅋㅋ
A hot dog perfect for cheering with one hand
Okay, on to the next food ㅎ Here comes the chili cheese hot dog from Jamsil Baseball Stadium's Ippeun-yeou Hotdog food truck~! The sausage is seriously thick and hefty. You can just tell it's a snappy, delicious sausage.
Confirmed~!~! Truly so snappy with a strong meaty flavor; honestly writing this post is making me want to eat it again.. I'm hungry..
Thanks to the lettuce underneath, the bread doesn't get soggy, and it's set up in the paper box so it's easy to eat — perfect for holding with one hand while cheering!!
Bingdongdaeng Premium Bingsu Café's snow-flake red bean bingsu
Four runs in the bottom of the 1st, just collapsed.. genuinely fuming from the inside. So let's go cool off with some bingsu (shaved ice)^^
Bingdongdaeng Bingsu right next to Gate 1 at Jamsil Baseball Stadium~ The tteokbokki and eomuk looked delicious too, but to cool the fire rising inside me, I ordered the Bingdongdaeng snow-flake red bean bingsu.
Okay this is legit delicious; the rice cake is chewy and the red bean is thick and rich, genuinely so good. And since it's a snow-flake bingsu, the ice shavings are so, so fine.
The real kicker is the red bean — moderately sweet and nutty, so you keep eating it endlessly. There's plenty of toppings so you never end up just scooping plain ice, and the sweetness gives you energy to cheer hard!! This bingsu keeps you going strong to the end..
But why didn't you guys bring that same energy. We ended up losing, but I sure ate a ton of delicious food...
Outfield Gate 1 food trucks, to sum up
Today busted my own bias that the outfield has less food than the infield.
- Ippeun-yeou Hotdog's chili cheese hot dog is a must
- Station's cream shrimp is absolutely non-negotiable
- Planning to inhale Bingdongdaeng's bingsu before it gets too cold ㅎ
