The 2nd-floor dining hall at bd Burger Seongsu mostly has 2-person tables, and even though I went right at opening, it was already packed with customers.

Even going right at opening the place was full, so I only photographed the empty spots..! Mostly 2-person tables are set up here

The self-bar has a big ketchup dispenser, straws, tissues, wet wipes, disposable gloves, hair ties, forks, knives, plates, and water cups all ready to go

For customers who want takeout, there's a dedicated takeout tablet right at the entrance, which is convenient

How does the bd Wasabi Shrimp Burger taste?

True to its status as Seongsu bd Burger's signature wasabi shrimp burger, the shrimp patty is thick. A meeting of a plump shrimp patty and spicy wasabi.

It's so thick that cutting it is a whole task (I'd recommend not cutting it and just holding it in both hands as-is)

The Wasabi Shrimp Burger, bd Burger's lunch discount menu item, is packed inside too. The wasabi is folded in, giving the shrimp patty's flavor a spicy lift — a real winner. My parents loved it too, so I always get some to take home when I visit.

bd Grilled Shrimp Avocado Burger

The Grilled Shrimp Avocado Burger, generously packed with grilled whole shrimp. Cut it open again just to show you~ but again, I really recommend eating it whole without cutting~ aah!

The shape got totally messed up~ crunchy onions, plump grilled whole shrimp with a bouncy texture, and creamy avocado come together for a clean flavor with no greasiness. Since the shrimp isn't fried, it's an even lighter way to enjoy it.

The fries that come with the set

Crispy on the outside, fluffy fries. Eat them alongside the burger and they'll disappear in no time.

Button mushroom and eggplant fritters

The batter is thin, so it's crispy and moist in just the right balance — fritters done right. A slightly spicy chipotle/ranch sauce comes alongside to boost the flavor even more.

The batter is super thin~ crunchy crunchy. The eggplant fritter goes well with the chipotle sauce, and the mushroom fritter pairs better with the ranch.
