Busanjin brunch restaurant with chipotle roast chicken: Odd Bird Oliver

While looking for a brunch spot with a good atmosphere in Jeonpo, I wanted something a little different this time, so I visited Odd Bird Oliver (오드버드올리버). There are so many great places to eat in Jeonpo, but if you prefer food that is a little more distinctive than the usual brunch fare while letting the ingredients’ natural flavors shine, this is a place worth noting.

I ordered two things this time: 🍗 chipotle roast chicken and 🍋 low-sugar black tea lemonade! To give you the conclusion first, the chipotle roast chicken was exactly my kind of dish, from its looks to its flavor.

The chipotle roast chicken I tried this time was a delicious combination: crisp outside, juicy inside, and finished with a spicy yet smooth chipotle sauce. Adding the refreshing low-sugar black tea lemonade made the spicy chicken-and-drink pairing work well, too.
