Where is Ganghan Sushi Cheonan Buldang Branch, and what about parking?

I was craving sushi after a while so I went to a Buldang-dong favorite •• [ Ganghan Sushi ] .. 🤎 The parking lot in the building is big so it was easy to visit, and you get 3 hours of free parking!

It's a place with no break time, so you can go get delicious sushi whenever :) When you order sushi, udon / seafood croquette / miso soup / washed aged kimchi (묵은지) come as the standard set.

How was the wait at 2pm on a weekend?

I visited around 2pm on a weekend and there were a lot of customers already eating. Only one table was left so I sat there haha. During peak times like lunch there'd probably be a wait too.

Each table has ginger & rakkyo (pickled shallot) & soy sauce set out, and the rakkyo pieces are huge lol. Eating one with each piece of sushi is amazing, seriously.

The star of today came out quickly 🍣💛 It's not just sushi that arrives, so the table was packed with no empty space. The visuals were so pretty too — this would be such a good spot for a date 🤭

The washed aged kimchi is amazing eaten together with sushi, so make sure to try it!

It's always a shame when udon is missing while eating sushi, but Ganghan Sushi gives this as a standard freebie haha. I like udon more than cold buckwheat noodles so I was really happy.

This seafood croquette is genuinely delicious. It feels like the shrimp burger patty from Lotteria (?), and eating it together with the cabbage & sauce underneath is so good.

Such gorgeous sushi … 🍣 Actually, while taking photos and eating I didn't realize only 11 pieces had come out lolllllllll. While I was eating, staff brought over more sushi and I thought, oh, is this a freebie? But it turned out 1 piece was missing. Though honestly, the quality was so good I never noticed 💓 Can you even tell from the photos?

My beloved egg sushi — nothing special, but the sweetness is surprisingly good. I always get it when I go to a sushi place, hahahahaha.

The scallop sushi had zero fishy smell and was so chewy and delicious ㅠㅠ Ganghan Sushi is clearly run by a sushi master! 💥 Seriously the best.

Today's MVP: ankimo (monkfish liver)

Today's MVP is the ankimo!!!!! It was so nutty and delicious that I wanted to order more, but I was too full to eat any more, phew ㅠㅠ Next time I revisit I definitely want to eat more of this.

The forgotten (?) last piece finally came out — hanchi (squid) ,,, it melts in your mouth and the umami is insane.

Putting aged kimchi on top of the flounder fin sushi is the unwritten rule, so everyone should definitely eat it this way 🤙 Ganghan Sushi's wasabi is the real deal, so it's super spicy — great to come here if your nose is stuffed up lol.

My beloved salmon too ,, I finished it off properly. The sushi has little rice and big cuts of fish, so I ate so happily. Next time I'm craving sushi, I'll definitely come back to Ganghan Sushi Buldang-dong branch ✨
