Plain baguette jambon jalapeño for solo brunch, Seoul Station: Dance
In short
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a baguette sandwich shop on the B3 floor of Grand Central, near Exit 4 of Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a weekend afternoon the writer ordered a jambon jalapeño sandwich on the plain baguette at the kiosk and ate it just as it came off the grill: the jalapeño cream cheese was sharply spicy and the baguette extremely crisp. Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a good pick for an uncrowded brunch or quick meal right by the station.

I was looking for something simple but filling to eat near Seoul Station when I ended up at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station! I'd seen it a few times on reels and was curious about its baguette-based sandwiches.

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station? Grand Central B3
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is located on the B3 floor of the Grand Central building, near Exit 4 of Seoul Station. It's within walking distance of KTX Seoul Station too, so it could be a good spot if you have plans near Seoul Station or need a meal before catching a train!
If you're looking for a good sandwich spot near Seoul Station where you can also sit quietly and eat, this is perfect.

How busy is the shop on a weekend afternoon?
The space is on B3, but it had plenty of seats and felt spacious and quiet. The Grand Central building itself is really clean and big, so it's a nice place to eat and grab a coffee.

The area around Seoul Station is usually crowded and busy, but here you can enjoy a meal in a relatively calm atmosphere! It didn't feel awkward to eat alone here, and it also seemed like a fine spot to grab brunch near Seoul Station with a friend haha. It was pleasant and uncrowded even on a weekend.

Kiosk ordering and what's on the menu
Ordering is done via kiosk, so you can take your time browsing the menu and pick what you want. Beyond sandwiches, there's a variety of baguette and tofu cream cheese items as well as coffee and drinks, so there's plenty to choose from depending on your taste.

Dance Dance Dance's signature menu is of course the baguette sandwich. I went with the jambon jalapeño!

They said runners get a coffee discount if they show proof haha. There were also plain tofu cream cheese baguette, pistachio tofu cream cheese baguette, and even the trendy Dubai baguette — good dessert-style options too.

They recommend eating it the same day! Mine came freshly grilled and I ate it right away. If you take it home to go, popping it in the air fryer for a bit would probably make it nice and crispy again.

How does the jambon jalapeño baguette taste?
I got my jambon jalapeño sandwich on the plain baguette.

The savory, salty flavor of jambon combined with jalapeño's tangy heat! The jalapeño cream cheese was spicy in a good way. The baguette's signature texture held up, making it super crispy.

With jambon in it, there's already a strong umami and salty flavor, and adding jalapeño cut through any greasiness, making it a taste I kept going back for. I'd recommend this one to anyone looking for a good sandwich near Seoul Station with a bit of a twist.
Is Dance Dance Dance worth it for a Seoul Station brunch?
Dance Dance Dance is a place where you can enjoy a wide range of meal and dessert options built around baguettes, so there's plenty of choice. If you like ciabatta or baguette sandwiches and are looking for a good sandwich spot near Seoul Station, it's worth a visit at least once!
It's a good place to visit when you want a simple meal before catching the KTX at Seoul Station, when you're looking for brunch near Seoul Station, or when you just want a good sandwich with your coffee. Next time, I'd like to try the roe baguette or the tofu cream cheese baguette in addition to the jambon jalapeño sandwich!
