Suwon Haenggung-dong pizza at a 2pm window bar table: Low Five Sinpung

In short

Low Five Sinpung is a pizza restaurant on Sinpung-ro in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, that began as a small brunch spot and has been reborn as a pizza place. Arriving just after 2pm, close to the 3pm break time, the writer ordered a single whole corn pizza for 25,000 won, with whole roasted corn kernels popping over a white truffle cream base. The window bar table view and the sweet pizza were both satisfying, and the next visit is planned for the avocado kimchi fried rice.

Inside Low Five Sinpung: interior mood and seating

The inside of Low Five Sinpung was a stylish, retro-feeling renovation of an old building. Stepping in, I loved the comfortable, clean interior.

The big window facing the street was so stylish. Perfect for photos, haha. The table settings were tidy too, and overall it felt well-maintained and clean.

The window bar table was so pretty — honestly my favorite spot in the whole place.

How did the 25,000-won corn pizza taste?

What we ordered at Low Five Sinpung was one pie of the signature corn pizza for ₩25,000. It's topped with white truffle cream, bacon, chili shrimp, butter seasoning, and corn. We came in a bit after 2pm, right as break time was approaching, so we hurried and ordered just the one thing.

My friend really recommended this menu, so I had high expectations, and honestly, the aroma and flavor were very different from any pizza I've had before. On top of the white truffle cream base, the corn was baked whole, not mashed, kernel by kernel. Even baked, it still popped in bites — so surprising and fun! Really delicious.

Sweet, with the distinct cheese and sauce aroma blending with a smoky char — it was a style of pizza I'd never had before. One bite in, and my hand kept reaching for more, and more!

It was genuinely delicious enough that rushing out because of break time was a real shame :) Next time I need to come back for the avocado kimchi fried rice and try another pizza too!!

Final verdict on Low Five Sinpung

With its renovated old-building interior, this place really gives you that 'I've arrived in Haenggung-dong' feeling. Both the outside and inside were such a pretty hotspot in Haenggung-dong. I was surprised by the sweet, unique pizza flavor, and the autumn sunlight filling the Haenggung-dong streets made everything even more beautiful. Highly recommend from me. Haha.
