Grapefruit ade, ₩6,500

The grapefruit ade came out first, and the tangy bitterness of the grapefruit balanced with refreshing carbonation was enough to whet our appetites before the meal. Watching our second daughter say it was delicious as she drank it was so cute. The fresh fruit flesh and reddish color made it look cool from the first glance.

Carbonara, ₩19,000

The main dish, carbonara, came next with a thick, savory cream sauce soaked richly into the noodles, adding deep flavor. Mixing in the poached egg, cheese powder, and pepper on top gave a wonderful balance of softness and saltiness. Paired with the house-made pickles, you can enjoy it cleanly, without heaviness, right down to the last bite.

Jambon pizza, ₩24,000

The jambon pizza, freshly baked in the wood-fired oven, had a crust that was crispy yet chewy, topped generously with thinly sliced, salty jambon ham and plenty of cheese. Seeing our second daughter pick up a slice and take a happy bite made me smile without meaning to. The savoriness of the crust and the saltiness of the ham together really won over the whole family.
