I've been getting off work at 4pm these days, so I finally got to visit Low Five in Haenggung-dong — a place I could never get into before because of the wait!! On weekends or peak hours this place is always packed with a line..

What time can you sit at Low Five Sinpung with no wait?

We arrived right after break time ended on Friday, so even though it was early, we got in comfortably with no wait. Within thirty minutes of the afternoon opening, more than half the tables filled up.. If you want to eat at a leisurely pace, I recommend going right at the morning or afternoon opening time!

We thought a little about the window seats but skipped them since we'd be making too much eye contact with passersby haha. Total introvert energy in moments like this.

You order through a QR code on the table. They set out the utensils right away — a small plate, spoon and fork, and jalapeños!

Classic Caesar salad, 12,000 won

The classic Caesar salad came out first! My husband and I always get a salad at Italian restaurants ..♡ I like the most basic kind of salad best. Especially ones like Low Five's, with loads of arugula and cheese piled on top — totally my type!!!

There was a slightly torched lemon that came with it, which we squeezed straight on, and even though it's hard to see in the photo, there was a ton of what looked like bacon chips inside, so there was a nice bite to it too!! Plenty of onion and cherry tomatoes in there too, so it was really good.

Alfredo cream pasta, 18,000 won

My husband picked the Alfredo cream pasta. He said he was in the mood for cream pasta for once .. he's really into cream sauce these days lol lol lol lol lol

The Alfredo cream pasta has a thick cream base with shrimp and whole-cut bacon as the highlight! The bacon was thick-cut so it wasn't too salty and was really good. Cream really does have to be thick to be good ..♡ Red pizza(?) with white pasta, what a combo .. 👍🏻 So glad we ordered pizza and pasta together ......♡

Hoegaarden and Budweiser, 7,000 won each

The weather seemed to be cooling down and then got hot again, so we got a beer each hehehe.. I had Hoegaarden, my husband had Budweiser. They gave us separate glasses, but as I was pouring I thought, since it's a bottle, we might as well just drink from it! And ended up just guzzling straight from the bottle ..haha

Half-and-half pizza, 26,000 won: corn & hot chili potato

The half-and-half pizza came out last! Pizza is obviously made to order so it usually takes a while, but this one still came out pretty fast!! We ordered Low Five's signature popular menu item, the corn pizza 🌽, and the hot chili potato 🥔, which just sounded like my type from the name alone.

Hot chili potato pizza: potato in three textures

🥔 The hot chili potato pizza. It's really loaded with potato, so if you're a potato lover this is a must! There are potatoes on top in three forms: small diced potato, thin potato shreds, and crispy potato chips. So it nailed all the textures at once, and the potato flavor really came through, which was so good!!

The sauce is spicy, so even with all that potato it didn't feel heavy and we could finish the whole thing. They really don't skimp on the toppings ...♡

Corn pizza at Low Five Sinpung: the truffle surprise

🌽 The corn pizza. Low Five's signature menu item, the corn pizza, was seriously so good ... this corn pizza completely won me over!!!!!!!!!! We ordered without reading the menu description so we had no idea, but the corn went really well with it, and the moment I took a bite I thought, whoa! this sauce is amazing!? and after savoring it (?) I realized it was truffle!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I don't even really like truffle but we ate this so happily lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol lol I could totally tell why it's the popular menu item .... 👍🏻

The pizza crust ends were so good .. the dough itself was really chewy and clean-tasting, it was seriously so good. You just help yourself to parmesan cheese and hot sauce at the self-serve bar!

Is Low Five Sinpung worth a pizza date in Haenggung-dong?

The restaurant itself is so pretty, every single dish was so good, and the staff were so kind too, so we came away from our date in a great mood ...♡ If you want pizza in Haenggung-dong, this is the place !!!!!!!!
