Tablet ordering and what's on the table

You can order easily through the tablet placed at each table.

On each tablet, there was a helpful guide to '"how to enjoy your meal," along with Wi-Fi info and country-of-origin labeling.

How to eat Ryusenso ramen: the minced garlic tip
- If the seasoning tastes too strong, ask for extra 'broth.'
- Depending on your taste, add pepper or 1–2 spoons of minced garlic to bring out more flavor.
- Take as much pickled ginger and danmuji (pickled radish) as you'll eat into the small dish.
- Noodle refills are only possible while soup remains.

Each table was set with seasonings, pickled ginger, danmuji, and minced garlic! Hair ties were also provided, which is nice for anyone who needs one.

Disposable aprons were available, and a baby chair was also well provided.
Honest review of the three dishes ordered
At Ryusenso Beomeo Branch, I ordered three dishes: Ryusenso (tonkotsu ramen), Katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl), and Ryusenso yaki-gyoza.

The signature dish makes its entrance!! 😋 I enjoyed it a lot!

Ryusenso (tonkotsu ramen)
Ryusenso's signature tonkotsu ramen had that deep, savory flavor unique to pork bone broth simmered for a long time — it was excellent. The combination of the chunky chashu, wood ear mushrooms, and the moist egg was perfect. Adding a little of the minced garlic from the table cut through the richness while making the broth taste cleaner and even better. 😍

Katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl)
The bowl was piled high with a thick pork cutlet. The crispy fried katsu, the sweet-salty special sauce, the soft egg, and the rice all came together for a really satisfying, filling bite.

Ryusenso yaki-gyoza
These are Japanese-style dumplings, crispy outside and juicy inside. One bite and the light, clean juices spread through my mouth. They were the perfect side to go with the ramen or katsudon!!
