I was looking for a café near Children's Grand Park and ended up at the Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch.

These days I'm so used to the convenience of big franchise cafés that I go to them all the time, but visiting a neighborhood café like this after a while turned out to be better than I expected.

More than anything, this was a Children's Grand Park café I'll remember because the coffee was genuinely delicious.

Where is Wonz Coffee near Children's Grand Park?

Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch is fairly close to the Guui-mun gate side of Children's Grand Park, and it's within walking distance of Guui Station too, so it looked like a great stop before or after a park visit. The exterior alone gives off a clean, tidy feel.

There's parking space next to the store, and apparently a public parking lot is also an option.

When I stepped inside, there were way more people than I expected.

At first I thought it was just a regular neighborhood café, but with customers continuously walking in, I realized it's actually quite beloved around here.

Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch has a photo machine that prints out your picture like a sticker photo strip. I never expected a café to have something like this, and it turned out to be more fun than I imagined.

I came for coffee and ended up taking photos too, so it felt like a little extra memory got added to the visit.

It's nothing huge, but that kind of thing is still quietly satisfying, you know? 😊

There's actually a wall in one corner of the café covered with sticker photos other customers have taken, so it was fun browsing through everyone else's pictures too.

If you're visiting Children's Grand Park with kids, this kind of small experience would probably be fun for them too.

☕️ What does the roastery coffee at Wonz Coffee taste like?

What I liked most about Wonz Coffee was, without question, the taste of the coffee. These days I use big franchise chains like Starbucks so often that I'd gotten used to just... a familiar taste, without really thinking about it. But drinking properly made coffee at a neighborhood café like this after a long time, I could really tell the difference.

It was like, 'oh right, I actually love good coffee' haha.

Wonz Coffee sells basics like americano, café latte, cold brew, and flat white, along with unique menu items like cream latte and Wonz latte. The desserts are pretty varied too — egg tart, financier, scone, Basque cheesecake, tiramisu, and more.

I also ordered the snow mango bingsu, and the coconut that came alongside it was so good..'-'

The bingsu itself was slightly sweet, so it gave me a nice sugar boost.

Inside Wonz Coffee: clean white and metal interior

Step inside Wonz Coffee Children's Grand Park Main Branch and the whole space feels clean while still carrying the vibe of a proper coffee specialty shop. The white-and-metal interior has a variety of table setups, so it looked equally good for a solo coffee run or a visit with friends or family.

On one side, you can clearly see the space where the beans and coffee are prepared — if you love coffee, watching that process is its own kind of fun.

Wonz Coffee bills itself as a roastery café, and you can choose beans suited to different tastes.

Personally, the coffee being genuinely delicious was the biggest draw for me. If you're taking a break during a Children's Grand Park outing, or just looking for a neighborhood café with good coffee instead of another franchise, Wonz Coffee is worth a visit.

Next time I go, I'm planning to pick a dessert to go with my coffee. ☕️🤎
