Songdo Indian curry terrace lunch with a dog: Manokamana Set B

Manokamana is one of the Triple Street restaurants I visit most often. There are two branches in Songdo, and today I visited the Triple Street branch. It's especially great that the Triple Street branch allows dogs!

It's known as one of the best Indian curry spots in Songdo, so if you haven't tried it yet, definitely give it a shot.

Where is Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2, and is there parking?

📍 Location It's located in the basement level of Triple Street Building C. A great restaurant to visit when you're already at Triple Street or Songhyeona.

🅿️ Parking Free parking is available inside the Triple Street building. Convenient and easy.

Dogs allowed at the two outdoor terrace seats

The exterior has that Indian-street vibe. There are two outdoor tables, and dogs are allowed at these outdoor seats, just so you know. Since we have a dog, we sat at an outdoor table.

It was lunchtime, so it was pretty crowded.

Manokamana set menu prices and what comes with them (NFC ordering)

The set menus come with naan, rice, curry, appetizers, and more all at once, so you get to try a variety of dishes.

• Set A - chicken mushroom soup, samosa, green salad, king prawn, tandoori chicken, curry, garlic naan, rice, lassi
• Set B - green salad, chicken tikka, curry, naan, rice, lassi
• Thali Set - green salad, papad, curry, naan, rice, lassi

Manokamana Set B is the one I order most often, and the price has gone up to ₩19,000. With Set B you get to choose 1 of 3 curries, and it comes with salad, chicken tikka, naan, rice, and lassi — all included, which is great. The Thali Set is a single-serving set, so you can order it even when dining alone.

As always, we ordered Manokamana Set B for two. With Set B, you can choose the curry from palak paneer, butter chicken, or chicken masala. I chose butter chicken.

Lassi with the Manokamana set

It's a shame when Indian curry comes without lassi. I like the plain flavor. Drinking it at the end is perfect.

Side dishes include onion, pickles, and jalapeños.

Green salad that starts Set B

A refreshing green salad topped with tangerine and dressing. Crunchy and zesty, it perks up your appetite.

After the green salad, the chicken tikka, naan, rice, and curry all come out together right away. The set menu is quite substantial, isn't it?

You can also choose a different naan for an extra charge. We ordered the regular original naan. It's plain and pairs perfectly when dipped in curry.

Tearing off a piece of freshly baked, warm naan and dipping it in curry — honestly, so good 👍 There's a reason this is such a popular Triple Street restaurant.

Chicken tikka in Set B

Chicken tikka is made with chicken breast, and since I love chicken breast, it's my favorite dish on the menu. The seasoning soaks in nicely and pairs well with the chicken breast, and the sauce served alongside is delicious too, so dipping it in the sauce makes it even better.

Butter chicken, the curry picked for Set B

Butter chicken with a smooth curry and plenty of chicken packed in. With butter mixed in, it's incredibly creamy~~

Stir the curry well and you'll find tender chicken loaded inside.

The chicken seemed to be chicken breast, but it was so tender it wasn't dry at all!

Dip it with the savory naan and it's a perfect match ‼️ If you're looking for a great restaurant at Triple Street in Songdo, I recommend Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 for its delicious Indian curry.
