My friends and I hadn't met in a while, and while figuring out where to go for meat and drinks, we ended up at Dwitdon Sanghoe, Jeonpo Branch haha. Jeonpo has so many good restaurants it's hard to choose, but this place let us enjoy a variety of rare pork cuts all at once — a satisfying Jeonpo-dong BBQ spot. Best of all, the soju and beer prices weren't a burden either, so it was easy to have a relaxed drink with friends. Here's my honest review.

Is the Jeonpo-dong BBQ house good for a group of friends?
The inside of Dwitdon Sanghoe, Jeonpo Branch is mostly round tables, with an overall relaxed atmosphere good for grilling meat. Coming with several friends and chatting away wasn't awkward at all, and the lively, bustling BBQ-restaurant energy actually made it more fun haha.

What comes in the Dwitdon One-Pig Set of rare pork cuts?
What we ordered this time was the Dwitdon One-Pig Set! One plate came piled with several different cuts, and it looked pretty impressive from the start. Instead of just the usual cuts like pork belly, they sell a range of rare cuts, so anyone who loves pork would enjoy picking and choosing.
The thickness and shape of the meat differed by cut, so it was fun grilling each one while wondering 'what texture is this going to be?' Overall I barely noticed any off smell in the meat, and it felt fresh.

Side dishes and the self-serve bar
The basic side dishes included kimchi, tofu, lettuce wraps, and sauces, and there was also a separate self-serve bar in the restaurant. It was nice being able to grab more of anything we ran short on, and there were plenty of good combinations to eat with the meat.

Soju and beer at 3,900 won, plus the beer 1+1 deal
And here's another thing I liked — soju and beer were ₩3,900! These days even a single drink can be pricey at a lot of places, so ₩3,900 felt like great value. We ordered a bottle of soju plus beer, and there happened to be a beer 1+1 promotion on our visit, which made it even better haha.
With meat and drinks together, we really had a proper night out with friends. Taking photos, toasting, eating good meat and chatting away — time flew by without us noticing. Meat + soju + beer really is the best combo for meeting up with friends haha.

The review event running at Dwitdon Sanghoe
The restaurant was also running a review event, where leaving a review on Naver, Google, or Danggeun Market got you a free service menu item. Taking advantage of an event like that can make your meal a bit more generous, so it's worth keeping in mind if you visit.

Who should eat at Dwitdon Sanghoe, Jeonpo Branch?
There was a variety of meat cuts, which made picking and choosing fun, and the chewy, savory texture unique to rare cuts was great too. Best of all, soju and beer at ₩3,900 kept costs down, and with the beer 1+1 during my visit, it felt like great value for a drink with friends. If you're looking for a spot for a friends' gathering or a drinking session in Jeonpo, this Jeonpo-dong BBQ restaurant Dwitdon Sanghoe, Jeonpo Branch is worth a visit. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to try several rare cuts at once instead of plain pork belly, or who wants to grill and drink comfortably with friends.

We had a really fun time that day eating good meat, having drinks, and hanging out with friends. If you're looking for a Jeonpo-dong BBQ restaurant, this is worth saving as a candidate for your next dinner.

Makes my mouth water just thinking about it haha. We ate so well and had a really happy time.
