Iced flat white and iced choco at a Seongsu basement café: T Coffee

Hi, this is Meokbo :) This time I visited T Coffee in Seongsu. It looked clean even from outside, the door was pretty, and so many little corners of the space matched my taste that I ended up taking photos everywhere haha

Where is T Coffee in Seongsu, and what are its hours?

T Coffee, this Seongsu café, is on the basement floor B1 of the building.

• Weekdays 09:00 - 20:00
• Weekends 11:00 - 20:00

Parking isn't available, so if you're planning to drive, keep that in mind.

The signboard in front of the building also marks T Coffee on B1, so just check it and head down.

First impression: a basement space that looks good from the door

Following the stairs down like this brings you to T Coffee. The way down was so clean overall that I kept snapping photos even before seeing the café itself haha

And I couldn't just walk past the door either haha. Even small details like this caught my eye.

Design details inside T Coffee

Once inside, the space opens up wider than expected. Wood-tone furniture, a brick-feel floor, and a silver coffee bar together made it clean but not too plain.

There was also a long bench seat running along the window. Since you could see lush green plants outside, it didn't feel stuffy even though it's a basement café.

Inside there were also two-person wood tables. They felt different from the window seats, so there was fun in choosing where to sit haha

The bright colorful tables that steal the show

But the moment I walked in, this bright colorful table caught my eye the most haha. The overall tone is calm with wood and white, so the vivid color in the middle really became a standout point haha. We ended up sitting there too.

And T Coffee wasn't pretty in just one spot — there were little points of interest everywhere. It wasn't decorated flashily, but there was fun in noticing these details.

Outlets by the seats: is T Coffee good for laptop work?

And one thing I really liked! There were outlets scattered around the seats. If you're looking for a café in Seongsu to bring your laptop or need somewhere for a quick work session, this is worth keeping in mind haha

The silver coffee bar and how it fits the room

In the middle of the store is a large silver-toned coffee bar. Having silver material mixed in among the wood furniture made this another standout point. The staff were friendly too, so even as a first-time visitor I could look around comfortably haha

The menu had all kinds of drinks, from americano to latte, flat white, and choco. We chose an iced flat white for ₩6,200 and an iced choco for ₩7,300. I picked the flat white and my other half picked the choco haha

And on one side, desserts were laid out too — sand cookie, pistachio cream puff, carrot cake, cheesecake. Seemed like a great option to pair a dessert with your coffee haha

We had a lunch appointment that day so we just kept it simple with drinks, but if you're looking for something to pair with your coffee, it's worth browsing.

And here come the two drinks! Placing the flat white and choco together on the bright table, the color contrast made for pretty photos.

With so many standout points around the space, it was fun to carry the drinks around and take photos here and there. My other half's iced choco! (Suddenly such a cute drink choice haha)

Is T Coffee in Seongsu worth a visit?

T Coffee was a Seongsu café whose space stayed in my memory for a long time. The atmosphere flowed naturally from the entrance all the way inside, and there were picture-like points of interest everywhere, making it fun to look around and take photos haha

And I really loved that outlets were scattered throughout the seats. When looking for cafés in Seongsu, there are places that feel awkward to stay in with a laptop, but here, with outlets everywhere, it looked comfortable to bring one. Next time I want to come alone and work, or read a book haha (solo freedom, woohoo!!)
