Seongsu café quiet after 3pm, wide tables and window seats: T Coffee

I found a stylish café in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu — "T Coffee" — and paid it a visit ☕️

The desserts were good, the drinks were good, and even the atmosphere was great — here's my honest review of T Coffee, let's go!

How to find T Coffee: a basement café with floor-to-ceiling windows

T Coffee is one floor down, and even the outdoor stairs leading there were clean and pretty

It's not crowded and the tables are spaced widely apart, so if you go during off-hours it's peaceful (just note that before 3pm it can get busy!)

Which seats at T Coffee work best for laptop work?

There's a variety of table types, and people doing laptop work seem to use the tall table seats — it had a nice atmosphere for reading or working on a laptop

The dessert selection is compact like this, but it's a clean lineup that pairs well with coffee

Drinks menu: coffee from 5,000 to 7,000 won

T Coffee's drinks are priced ₩5,000–7,000, split between coffee menu items like cold brew, almond latte, and mint latte, and non-coffee items like matcha latte and chai tea. I hear the mint latte gets good reviews, but I just can't bring myself to try it . . . if anyone's up for trying mint, go for it!! I heard it's delicious

The filter coffee uses Ethiopia Guji Gogugu Natural beans — Guji Gogugu? Such an unusual bean name haha

They bring the dessert and drink to your table once ready — a beautifully plated cake and latte haha

The cheese cake at T Coffee looks more like a tart

Starting with the cheese cake — it looked more like a cheese tart cake, and it was absolutely delicious..!

Soft, savory cheese cream on top of a firm tart base — the balance was perfect. The cheese cake had a texture that was easy to scoop with a fork, and it was so good I devoured it in a hurry

The vanilla cold brew latte comes iced only

For the drink, I ordered the vanilla cold brew latte — think of it as a vanilla bean latte where the espresso shot is swapped for cold brew!

Since it uses cold brew, it's iced only, and it has less milk than the vanilla bean latte — that's the distinctive feature!

I stirred it well before drinking — not overly sweet, clean and delicious, a nice vanilla latte haha

Is T Coffee in Seongsu worth a visit?

If you're looking for a large, uncrowded café in Seongsu-dong that's good for laptop work, I recommend T Coffee! The cheese cake was so, so good,,🥧

T Coffee is connected to the pizza place next door (Pizza Slice), and the restroom is past Pizza Slice — separate men's and women's, and totally clean haha
