Thanks to the smoking process, the greasiness you might expect was completely gone — it was clean and light through and through. The combination of the crispy, savory skin and tender meat was perfect; I was impressed from the first bite.

And honestly, the fries plated alongside the steak were the real killing point! Freshly fried, crispy, and seasoned just right — I couldn't stop reaching for them. I'd genuinely call these the best fries of my life.
