Autumn rolls around and suddenly I want to change up my nails — is it just me...?🍂🤎
In summer I kept doing bright, cool colors, but once September hit I started wanting calmer autumn nails, so I searched hard for a Dongtan nail salon. But nail prices these days have really gone up, ugh...
Pick one pretty monthly art design and it's basically ₩60,000–70,000 minimum, and adding even a little extra art sends the price shooting up... While searching I found this place — Green Nail in Dongtan!

Here, every single monthly art design is ₩49,000, so at first I honestly worried a little — "can the art quality really be decent at this price...?" But after getting it done, I was like, why is this place so affordable...ㅋㅋㅋ I got mine from designer Yoonjin, who checked over every single detail so carefully that I was completely satisfied🤍

Where is Green Nail in Dongtan, and where do you park?
Green Nail is in Bansong-dong, Dongtan. Out front is the building with Wawoo Real Estate and Jini's Café, and out back it's across from Deogyusan Hwangu Gopchang.

Parking is something I quietly care a lot about when picking a nail salon — you can use the street parking in front for free for 1.5 hours, and there's also parking in the building behind the shop, apparently. Good to know if you're driving to a Dongtan nail salon!
Also, two people can get serviced at the same time, and pets are welcome too, apparently. There's a ₩10,000 deposit when you book, so keep that in mind :)

Green Nail price list: monthly art at 49,000 won
The biggest reason I chose Green Nail! It's the price ㅋㅋㅋ

When I visited, every monthly art design was ₩49,000! Not easy to find monthly art at this price these days, right?

Basic gel nails are ₩35,000, basic care is ₩18,000, and gel removal from another shop is listed at ₩15,000.

When I first saw the prices, I honestly thought "what a deal," but at the same time I wondered, "doesn't a lower price usually mean lower quality?"
I've had my nails done more than once or twice, so while cheap is nice, if the shape or the care isn't right, it bugs me every time I look at my hands afterward, ugh. But to cut to the conclusion — my price-related worries turned out to be unnecessary...🙋🏻♀️
Picking an autumn monthly art design at Green Nail
The monthly art designs were quite varied too💅🏻 I picked one with a very autumn feel, and changing my nails along with the season definitely gave me a real mood boost ㅋㅋㅋ
Most of all, I assumed that at ₩49,000 the designs would be super simple or there wouldn't be many options, but there were so many pretty designs it was hard to choose!!
What the appointment with designer Yoonjin was like
And the designer who did my nails this time was Yoonjin🤍 Personally, this was the part I was happiest with on this visit.

It didn't feel rushed at all — she kept checking each nail one by one and was really thorough.

I could tell she was paying close attention from the care stage onward, and she checked in with me along the way, which made it comfortable.

Looking pretty at the end matters, but if the care process is rough or uncomfortable, it makes you not want to go back. Here, though, it was genuinely comfortable the whole time.

Especially since the price was so low, I thought the service time or care might be a little rushed, but having gotten it done myself, I now understand why there are reviews praising it.
I was glad I got it from designer Yoonjin🤍

The finished autumn dot nails
So autumn... such a perfect color match... and aren't the dots so pretty too? Honestly, I first went looking because of the ₩49,000 price — like, is there really monthly art this cheap in Dongtan?

So I didn't have huge expectations, just "hope it's decent value!" — but after getting it done, my satisfaction with the service was even higher than the price would suggest. No matter how cheap something is, if the quality is mediocre you don't feel like going back, right?

But Green Nail was the opposite — a place where I already thought about getting my next set of nails done here again! Designer Yoonjin especially checked every little detail and was so kind. Please watch the video to really see this nail color...
If ₩49,000 monthly art prices these days feel like a burden and you're looking for good-value Dongtan nails, or you just want to refresh your nails with an autumn mood, Green Nail could be worth checking out🍂

₩49,000 monthly art with this level of quality — I'm completely satisfied! I'm planning to try a different design next time too🤎
