Maybe because it's not a dedicated scalp center, but I didn't really get that precise, corner-to-corner deep-care feeling, like old buildup was being thoroughly washed away. It felt more like a quiet moment of applying scaling product during shampoo and getting some steam, so the satisfaction of 'wow, my scalp is really being taken care of' was a bit lacking. If you're going specifically expecting professional scalp care, this might leave you a little underwhelmed.

The root volume perm: natural lift with no kinks

Then came the main reason for this visit — the root volume perm. This kind of treatment can easily end up over-kinked or looking unnatural, but Toni&Guy Seongsu clearly had the know-how to create solid volume that still looked natural.
