Where is Bizzle Donkatsu in Pangyo Youspace?

There are seriously so many restaurants in Youspace! But,, I'm not sure how many of them are actually good haha. Anyway, after a while I found a place in Youspace that does tonkatsu really well! (Technically it's more on the H Square side.) Let me introduce it 💨

Inside Bizzle Donkatsu: solo seats and weekend opening hours

The interior looks this clean and tidy. I always noticed it whenever I walked by — the vibe is pretty great! It's always packed at lunchtime, but in the evening there were still some seats open. Phew.

And there were several seats like this where you can sit alone! Since there are so many offices around, they've clearly set up solo-dining seats too.

‼️ Oh, there's something I really wanted to mention — this place is open on weekends too! If you've ever been to Youspace or H Square on a weekend.. you know it turns into a ghost town, but they're open even then..? So grateful… bowing.

Bizzle Donkatsu's set menu: what can you order?

What impressed me most at Bizzle was the set menu lineup! Honestly.. I've never once wanted to order just one thing at a tonkatsu place (meaning I always want to order several things at once and eat them all), and here that need is fully satisfied ㅠㅠ

🍖🥩🍤 There are combos like cheese + tenderloin + pork loin + chicken, and combos of tonkatsu with soba or udon — the menu is set up to satisfy just about anyone's needs.

By default they give you tonkatsu sauce and salt. But I also added tomato sauce as an extra order haha.

Ta-da, the dish arrived. What I ordered was the tenderloin + cheese combo! Looks like a winner already, right?

I was surprised when they suddenly brought out chicken katsu too — turns out if you do the review event, they give you this much of it.. It looks like a small portion in the photo, but it was actually really a lot ㄷㄷ

The inari sushi + tomato sauce I ordered as extras! You can even choose how many pieces of inari sushi you want. The owner's generosity is seriously the best bb

Why add tomato sauce? Dipped cheese katsu tastes like pizza

The tomato sauce I was most looking forward to. Reviews said this tomato sauce is spicy and hot and pairs amazingly with tonkatsu, so there was no way I wasn't ordering it. And the taste.. was amazing! Definitely order it.. Dipping the cheese katsu in it, it totally tasted like eating pizza — spicy and so delicious,, 🍅

Now it's time to eat the meat! Even though it took a little time taking photos, the juices were still intact.. so happy. The taste was crisp and, as expected, didn't disappoint.

How is the chicken katsu at Bizzle Donkatsu?

The chicken katsu I'd been waiting for! I was so looking forward to this because it reminded me of the famous Choo Sung-hoon tonkatsu spot in Japan, Imakatsu! And the taste..! Excellent haha. Of course not quite on the level of Imakatsu, but it was the best chicken katsu I've had in Korea.

Whenever I got a little tired of the flavor, the tomato sauce brought me back to paradise. I'm definitely going back for this. A certified Pangyo favorite bb

Is Bizzle Donkatsu worth it for tonkatsu in Pangyo Youspace?

A Pangyo find I ate so, so well at! Of all the tonkatsu places I've tried in Youspace, this was the one with the most solid fundamentals and the best taste. There's always a wait at lunchtime,, so definitely go early ㅠㅠ I recommend it as a tonkatsu spot in Youspace! 👍🏻
