Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters isn't inside the outlet's main building — it's in a standalone glass building outdoors. From the lawn square, there's a kids' play area on the right; go up the hill behind it and look for the glass building at the far right.

The café spans two floors, with an Outback Steakhouse right below it. The building exterior shows the Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters sign along with Outback and Shake Shack signs, which actually helped me find it haha

The glass building in these photos is where Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters is. If it's your first visit, just remember 'behind the kids' play area, right of the lawn square' and you'll find it much more easily :)

Autumn sky through the floor-to-ceiling windows: a rest stop mid-shopping

Since it's a glass building, once I stepped inside I could see the sky outside stretching cool and wide through the floor-to-ceiling window.

A coconut-shaped standee by the window caught my eye 🥥 Seeing it, I immediately knew coconut coffee was the signature menu here. The day I visited, I got to fully enjoy the autumn sky through the window wall. It was a great spot to rest with that window view whenever I needed a sugar boost or just wanted to sit for a bit while shopping 🌿

The signature coconut coffee at Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters

Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters is best known for its Haenggung main branch, and now runs several locations — this new Uiwang branch at Lotte Premium Outlet is one of them. I ordered the coconut coffee out of curiosity since it's the signature menu and apparently patented ☕

I love coconut in general, so I really liked being able to enjoy coconut and coffee together in one cup. For my taste, it wasn't too sweet — just pleasantly sweet. It was the perfect level of sweetness for a quick sugar boost while shopping, and I drank it happily haha If you like coconut, this one's worth a look when choosing a coffee menu.

Browsing the desserts and café goods

Looking around the Jeong Jiyoung Coffee Roasters Uiwang branch, I found desserts prepared in the refrigerated case too.

There was stationery too — pencils, cute erasers, and adorable mugs. If you like stationery and cups, browsing here is genuinely fun.

Since this place is also known for its coffee beans, you can buy beans if you need them, and there were also instant coffee sticks for easy brewing. Being able to drink coffee, shop, and browse goods all in one place made this a well-rounded rest stop during outlet shopping.
