The best fig pancake dessert I've had, and great vibes too — "Jam Jam"
I was walking through a Yeonnam-dong alley when I spotted this café that looked like it had great vibes — Jam Jam.

Stepping inside, the interior was really stylish. The exposed concrete walls went so well with the mirrors and green potted plants.

On one wall of this Yeonnam-dong brunch spot, there were posters of delicious-looking pancake photos, fun to look through while waiting.

Interior and café atmosphere
The sign alone had such a moody feel that I couldn't just walk past. The entrance area was quiet and comfortable too.

We ordered an iced americano, a strawberry matcha shake, and the seasonal fruit pancake.

The iMac monitor photo zone
One corner of the café has a photo zone set up with an iMac monitor. Your face shows up live on the screen, making it a perfect spot for a proof-of-visit shot. Supreme logo props and plants were nicely placed all around the store, so it'd be great for anyone who loves taking photos.

How the iced americano and strawberry matcha shake tasted
The iced americano was clean and went perfectly with dessert. The acidity wasn't overdone, so it's a flavor that should please most people.

The strawberry matcha shake caught the eye visually right away. It comes with bitter matcha layered on top of a pink strawberry base. Mixed together, the sweetness and matcha's signature bitterness balanced out nicely. Not a common combination, which made me like it even more.

Seasonal fruit pancake, piled high with fresh figs
The seasonal fruit pancake comes as a donut-shaped pancake topped generously with fresh figs and banana.

It arrives with sweet syrup and Isigny butter on the side, so you can add as much as you like.
It came out freshly baked, still warm, with a nutty butter aroma.

A light drizzle of syrup with the fruit made it soft and sweet. The figs weren't overly sweet and tasted fresh, pairing really well with the pancake. The banana slices were cut thick too, so the portion felt quite filling. I'd love to come back during strawberry pancake season!

Worth it as a Yeonnam-dong dessert café?
If you're looking for a good-vibes café in Yeonnam-dong with pretty desserts, this one's worth checking out. The drinks were clean and the desserts felt generous, so I left satisfied. Recommended if you like pancakes with fruit on top. Next time I want to come back and try the brunch menu too.
