Walking into Sutbul Seonghwa, what struck me was the overall calm, tidy atmosphere. You usually picture a somewhat noisy vibe at BBQ restaurants, but this place suited a date over beef with my husband really well. We took our time eating together that day, and I think this is a place I'd come back to more for an anniversary or special occasion than for a casual, everyday beef dinner.
