Since Jayeon in PLANT827 sits inside a flower market, just the walk to the café was full of things to see. Passing through the buddleja garden, elephant rock and pond, orchard, rabbit hill, hydrangea garden, flower garden, show garden, bamboo path, mushroom field, and forest garden, we lost track of time just looking at all the different plants and strolling around. There were unnamed plants and trees everywhere, so plenty of photo spots too. The dogs sniffed around excitedly, and it felt like both people and dogs were getting a bit of healing. We couldn't try the foot bath since we had our dogs with us, but other visitors were enjoying it with their families.

The scenery kept changing as we walked, so we ended up taking a lot of photos. The dogs happily sniffed around here and there on their walk too.

Jayeon in PLANT827 doesn't allow dogs inside the café, so with our two dogs we ate at a leisurely pace in the outdoor garden instead. It was so spacious that it was actually even better for letting the dogs run around freely. There were tables scattered throughout the outdoor garden, so we could eat comfortably with the dogs.

At the rabbit hill, we got to see actual rabbits, which was a nice surprise. There were also net hammock-like installations scattered around where we could lie down and rest. With plenty of photo spots, it was fun just wandering and taking pictures along the way.

We ordered a Jeju matcha latte and a mugwort cream latte, and both had such Jeju-style colors that they made us happy just looking at them. The matcha latte was bitter yet smooth, and the mugwort cream latte had a subtle mugwort aroma that blended well with the cream.

The cream fruit croissants came in flavors like fig, blueberry, peach, and shine muscat — we picked the shine muscat. Between the crispy outside and soft inside of the croissant, there was a generous amount of cream and fruit, so sweetness burst out with every bite. The sweet pumpkin ciabatta was mild yet had that distinctive nutty sweetness of Jeju pumpkin, making it perfect to pair with the drinks.

I'd especially recommend this to anyone traveling with a dog. Indoors isn't an option, but the outdoor garden is so wide and pleasant that we enjoyed it without any hassle. You can also browse the flower market at the same time, so it's great for a walk-plus-café outing, and it suited us well for spending relaxed time as a family. I think it's a place that fits naturally into a Jeju travel itinerary.
